I think the Osbourne dismissal had more to do with the ‘ripples’ then the Meghan/Harry comments themselves. It was after that that Leah Remini and unnamed others came forward with other... way worse... comments Osbourne has been making for years. If it was just this latest event, I feel like it would have blown over. Seemed like it was doing just that and then the Remini article came out, the recess was extended, an investigation started and now the dismissal.
I have only been half following (don’t watch the show, never watched Morgan’s and didn’t see the Oprah interview) but from the odd comment I have seen from Osbourne, she seems spitting mad and I wouldn’t be surprised if a lawsuit was coming.

There is who you are and who you are perceived to be by the public.
Take Kelly Ripa. Many say she is a wonderful person and does so much for others, but there is an undercuttent of ruthless ambition. The fight with the shows producer and the way she worked to get Regis off the show (her failed goal was to get her husband on with her). Is one true or the other, both or neither. You are not there to know, you decide what to believe, if you care.
Same with Sharon, a tv show gives you power to grant favors or to hurt some one, sometimes inevertently. Sometimes people get used to talking one way among friends that should not be shared among not close friends.

Regarding Kelly Ripa, the one interview she had with Clay Aiken showed some real ugliness in her. Prior to that I loved her. I’m still unsure of how I feel about Sharon O.

I remember when Kelly Ripa was mean to Clay. Clay was actually co-hosting that day. I never liked Kelly again as well.

Yes, I think both Ripa and Oswald are mean girls. Sometimes it slips out when they are on air.
I've only tuned into the Talk to see Amanda Kloots recently. I find the show overall to be a bore.

I was really surprised when Ryan Seacrest was chosen as her cohost. He’s a much bigger deal than her, but when I watch, aryan seems to defer to her a lot.

What will they talk about on the Talk after all this? Lately, I havent appreciated their commercials showing them talking about good deals to get and new products, all just ads disguised as part of the show. I wonder who will the new girl will be. Just another pretty face or someone with some substance?

Sharon is on Bill Maher tonight. He's not afraid to ask her anything, and I'm sure she won't be scared to answer anything. And since it's live HBO, there's no censoring.
