Well, we'll see what we see. I just kind of scanned those emails. I used to read RS every week, but got tired of him. He just started to seem really mean and self-involved. Also very immature. Always talking about the boobs. Seriously? What is he 12???
Only Jef and Emily know what the truth really is. I would really be surprised if they actually make it to the alter, but I don't believe a word that US Weekly prints. I truly think they make stuff up or write half-truths. I know you're just trying to keep my hopes from being dashed, Lexie, but I'm not holding my breath for this relationship either.

BJM, normally I don't believe anything printed by either US Weekly or In Touch, BUT... RS had 3-4 months of emails from this girl LOOOOOOOOOONG before the US Weekly article came out. In fact, Kaylee Shepherd got in touch with RS during the filming of Emily's season. He also made another good point - no magazine or periodical can legally post a fake text or they would get the bejeesus sued out of them. So the texts which the magazine posted would have to be 100% real or Kaylee and Wes would have them in court so fast, the magazine's editor's head would spin right off.
He said with the emails he has from Kaylee Shepherd and the texts between Kaylee and Wes, which were posted in the magazine, he's inclined to believe her as opposed to anything Jemily says.
BJM, don't hold your breath on this one - LOL. Besides, we always have JP and Ashley's wedding coming up!!!

The emails do not cover 3-4 mos. In the article linked above, RS wrote that the emails are over a period of time of less than one month.
Not that I care at all. I just point it out to say that anyone can post anything on the internet and it does not make it true.
I read the article. At one (or maybe several) point(s), RS says, or indicates, something about proof. I didn't read or think about it super intensely, but I did not see actual proof of anything.

I just never felt the JP love, Lexie. I might watch their wedding (if it ever happens and it's televised). Just never saw what she saw in him. I just can't get past the shaved head, I guess. Doesn't do anything for me.

Are you sitting down??? I just heard on the radio on my way into work that the producers want to give Emily a 3rd shot at true love. They want her to do another season of the Bachlorette because America loves her and her season had such high ratings.
Does anyone want to see her again? If she does the show again then surely it is just for the TV time and not for finding love. Why would she want to put Ricki through that again? But then there are the free clothes and travel to exotic places...how can a girl turn that down???

I keep checking back here expecting to hear that they broke up.
For some reason I was almost hoping for it. They didn't seem right together.
I think Jef can do better.
I hope there is not another Bachelorette Emily in the works.

I enjoyed her season, but don't think I'd enjoy another Bachelorette Emily season. And I doubt I'm alone in that opinion. Get somebody else. We all know nobody finds true love on this show. I just watch for the gorgeous locations, the clothes, the places they go on their dates and the drama, of course.

Besides wouldn't it be awkward for guys to know she'd been sexting with some quarterback.. just google "Emily Maynard Sexting Scandal"..
Face it, she's not America's Sweetheart.
And no, while I hope she eventually finds a guy who is good for her AND Ricki, I don't want to see her on yet another Bachelor. Send her to Bachelor Pad, which I don't watch.

No rumors yet about Emily and Chris Harrison, but she's supposed to be flying to LA to return the engagement ring sometime soon.
Emily, Ricki and Jef were hanging out together at the mall this past Sunday. They had two other kids with them that Emily was babysitting. Maybe second thoughts on the break-up?

Yes, one of the other contestants Tweeted about an addiction. I thought it was kind of tacky, since the cause of death hasn't yet been determined. Disrespectful to his family.

Maybe, but it wasn't cool to say it until it was determined. Just like Scott Baio assuming that Erin Moran had died of drug-related causes, when it was cancer. Sometimes healthy people die in their sleep. He could have had an accident at home. People shouldn't assume it was drugs until the report comes out. It's hurtful to the family.
Even if people who knew him suspected it, it's just not cool to put it on social media until the cause is confirmed.
