I totally lost all respect for Brad after that final interview with Chris Harrison. There was just no need for him to be so nasty with Vienna. As bad as she might have been, it really made him look awful the way he yelled at her. What a jerk! What was Brad doing talking about Vienna? Do you mean Emily?

Oops! I'm confusing my Bachelors! I meant Jake, of course. When Dogdoc said "Bachelor Bad," my brain thought, "Bachelor Pad," and that made me think of icky Jake and Vienna. See, I kind of made sense there, if you follow the chain of thought.

Not blaming you, just the way my brain translated what you wrote. Funny.

Is it confirmed about Emily? I won't be watching if she is on. Blech!

I believe it's been announced. I'm with you. Blech! No desire to see her "look for love". What a farce.

Are you kidding? This whole show is a farce! Does anybody still believe any of this is real? I just watch for the drama and the cool locations. I gave up on anybody finding love a long time ago.

I agree that it is getting less and less real. Trista and Ryan were real and I think that Ali and Ashley tried their best but many of these people are just putting in time and enjoying free trips. I didn't find Emily particularly sincere on Brad's season and I doubt she'll be any better as the bachelorette. I realize these shows are generally a mess but I think they should at least start out trying to be sincere.

I would have preferred pretty much anyone else but I'll still watch Emily. It will be interesting because generally speaking people have a good feeling about the runner-up getting a chance at love. In this situation though it is the winner getting yet another chance. Not nearly as much good feeling at the start. I'll have to see how much I can tolerate. After accepting this opportunity again, if she starts whining on about missing her little girl or worrying about the affect on her little girl then it's going to get old really fast.

Hopefully, we won't have to listen to her incessant whining about missing her little girl since they are shooting the show in North Carolina (or wherever she is from).

I'll be watching! Love me a train wreck, especially when they go to such awesome locations. This show is actually beautiful in high def. Ben's trip to Park City with the "girls" was spectacular! Lovely fall colors!

I agree too. I really loved watching Jillian's season in beautiful snowy Canada. I have those places on my wish list of places I hope I get to see one day. Even though it was a few seasons ago, I remember just being wowed by the spectacular scenery being shown in those crisp clear images. (That may have been my first season seeing it in HD.)

Happymom, that was one of my favorite seasons, too! I just loved the train ride across Canada and all the gorgeous scenary! This show is really beautifully filmed and edited. I do enjoy that aspect of it, especially since they've upped the budget and go to so many exotic places. It's almost like watching The Amazing Race, except without the nasty food and ridiculous challenges!

It does remind me of The Amazing Race as well with all the great locales. I'm sorry I missed Jillian's season. I never dreamed that I would like this show so I never bothered to watch. Then one evening I happened across it and that did it.

I sure hope they invite Bentley back since his "dream girl" will finally be featured.

I'm interested to see if they bring back Bentley or even mention him. Chris seemed pretty disgusted by him. So they may not even mention him at all. But Bentley might draw in some viewers, so, who knows. I do not see Emily wanting to have anything to do with him at all. But she'll be getting paid, as well as free trips etc., so, maybe she'd be willing to have him on and keep him around, or maybe she wouldn't have a choice. I'm so cynical about this show these days. Until this season, I always felt the bachelor/ette was "there for the right reasons".
