Interesting idea about adding sweet potatoes to potato salad. I'd probably like it, but I doubt Hubby would. He's too picky.

Interesting aside, Charles Barkley is now a Weight Watchers spokesperson. He mentioned substituting cauliflower for potatoes, too. He said it tastes like chalk, though. He said you can add cheese to it, so it tastes like cheesy chalk! lol. I like cauliflower and don't think it tastes like chalk at all, but I thought it was funny how he said it.
