Not sure this new manager, Sonia, is going to work out. I don't think she understands that her position is a Working Manager. Yesterday she was off, even tho she was short staff and service was not good.
Tonight, she was short staff and sat in her office working instead of getting out on the floor to help. Adrian, the old manager, was out on the floor almost every night, so the staff could do their jobs.
Plus tonight we were supposed to have brentwood corn on the cob, we got those little miniature ears of corn, cut up and mixed with black olives and tomatoes in a vinaigrette sauce. I had chicken and a roll for dinner. Thank goodness the cake as good.
