OOOOOOO, we got an official letter indicating that a new Culinary Manager, Ashely will be starting on June 1st. She is a seasoned Sodexo person so maybe she can get them back on track.

WE - ARE - the flies on the wall. Except all of our multiple eyes are blind and have to rely on Dipo, a mere, presumed human, who only has 2 eyes, but thus far she does a terrific job.
