This MCV/surface low in central North Dakota is absolutely wild. Every storm attached or close to this MCV has or is spawning tornadoes like crazy this evening.
Between 15-22 tornadoes have been reported.
Expectation were for 3-5 tornadoes this afternoon and evening, but ended up with a tornado outbreak.
Hearing reports of significant damage out of central North Dakota including homes being impacted by tornadoes.
Treat these Tornado Warnings SERIOUSLY and take cover!

A destructive 81 MPH wind gust was just reported at the Las Vegas, NM airport from a severe thunderstorm! That's equivalent to a Category 1 hurricane.
This is a DESTRUCTIVE severe thunderstorm with tornado like wind speeds!

EARTHQUAKE ... 2.56AM ... Felt like a short roll. I checked my watch for the time, rolled over and went back to sleep.

I figured it was a 3ish, but work up to find it was a 4.3 over in Berkeley.

California is earthquake country. The state experiences plenty of earthquakes each year.
This morning, a 4.6 magnitude earthquake struck roughly 10 miles northeast of downtown San Francisco.
Did you feel it? 🤔
