It's Anti-Procrastination Day AND we are in the kitchen, get out the trash bag and an empty laundry basket. Toss the trash and put the things that need to be put away in other rooms in the laundry basket.
I am working on all the little things that make my apartment look messy. Got the bags of cans and bottles out to the balcony, cleaned up the kitchen and watered some plants.
I need to pay my Dentist bill, also do some financial planning / other bill paying and see if I want to sell some stock before everything goes to hell in a hand basket, LOL.
Got a call from Jon, Executive Director at Carlton, wants to catch up. I wonder what it is about since we don't really have a "relationship", LOL, so I let him know he could stop by after he finishes looking at the model apartment.
Off to clear email.

Interesting meeting, wanted to check in on what is happening with Sodexo also got to look at the proposed floor plans for the new dining room/activities room / living room. It looks really nice, guess it will be worth the price of all the changes, even tho some of it is probably just the "designer wants".
He did ask about the delivery stuff and I told him we were told not to "publish" it and he should look into that, it was unclear why we can't promote the availability of a delivery service.
Back to email and other stuff.

It's Errand Day AND time to go after the big appliances! Just wipe off the fingerprints, the spills and the dried food that gets stuck on the stove, the dishwasher and the refrigerator. Wipe down the doors, the handles and the surfaces.
Fun Bingo last night I won a game. This morning I rode my bike while I brewed the coffee. Then I moved all the stuff so I can clean the floor then put the bike mat down. I have housekeeping this Saturday so I want to have there little chores out of the way.
I want to try the fluff and fold laundry that has set up a 10% off for us but when I called the number was wrong, and I couldn't find them online. The Activities Manager gave me their card and the flyer had a typo. Going to call and see what it costs. I want to compare their costs to the place I already use.
For now enjoying my coffee, clearing email and getting on with the day.

Kitchen cleaned up, dustbusted the bathroom and did a little spot mopping then gathered the things I wanted to send out to the fluff and fold. Since I haven't been successful connecting with them I went ahead and scheduled a pick up with the place that I have do my sheets. All my sheets are dirty so I am sending them, my towels and bath mat out. I like that they iron my sheets, LOL. This gets me caught up on laundry and back to the normal routine.
Next up is the bike area after a little lunch.

Bike area is swept and mopped just waiting for it to dry. Then I finished putting the cubi together and tried it out for a couple of minutes, then found a place to put it until after Housekeeping Saturday, then I can set it up. I don't think it is going to work under my desk but we shall see.
Dustbusted the office area so the final task is to put the bike area back together, but I think I will relaz a bit.

It's Clean your purse and car DAy AND time to fling your way through at least one shelf of your pantry. We all seem to have items in our pantry that we will not use, that we keep shoving to the back because one day we might use them. Donate these items to a homeless shelter, a soup kitchen or church pantry. Toss the open boxes of crackers, open bags of chips and out of date items into the trash.
Oh, good mission I am donating a bunch of my Girl Scout Cookies -- I don't like the new ones with frosting on them.
Last night I got the bike area put back into order, this morning I dustbusted the office area and the doorway to the balcony. Then I screwed a hook into the bookcase to hold my plastic trash bag. My laundry got picked up and I am trying to figure out how/whether to keep the empty Cubi box. It is a really sturdy box, better than the chewy boxes, LOL.
Oh, kitchen got cleaned up while the coffee brewed and I copied this weeks coming menu - I am really liking the options!
Off to clear email, listen to my podcast and search Staples for a letter size daily calendar for the front desk.

Saturday .. a day for cleaning, LOL ...
I have housekeeping today so I have been getting ready. I cleared the counters in the kitchen and bathroom, cleaned up the kitty dishes and loaded them into the dishwasher, then took out the bag of kitty poop, 2 of trash - one which included the cleanout of old food from the fridge and and empty litter box.
Then I moved the kitty scratcher off the floor onto the chair and the shredding container up and out from under the desk.
Yesterday I got the screw into the bookcase to hold the plastic bag I use for trash and watered the outside and inside plants.
So most of my chores are done. Still need to pick up the kitty toys from the bedroom floor, and the heaters, then we will be ready for housekeeping.
Time for email, computer games and the newspaper.

Yeah, Housekeeping came early! Now I need to put the house back together but I really want a nap, LOL.
So I guess I will put the bathroom back together and that will help me to clear the bed.
Then I need to read the newspaper, have a nap and play some games.

Sunday .. A day to relax and reflect AND change the time - so a few naps ...
I hate Daylight Savings Time. I function better on Standard time and I have been seeing many articles from scientists indicating that Standard is better for our body cycles. Anyway I updated my phone, still need to switch my nightstand clock over.
Read most of the paper and ran the dishwasher this morning since I was almost out of kitty food plates. Brewed some coffee and I am now ready for Brunch and $5 Bingo.
Off to clear email.

It's Home Blessing Day AND this Week we are in Zone 3; our main bathroom and another room! Your mission for today in the bathroom is to wipe down around the base and the back of the toilet. Our "other" room is going to be taking 5 minutes at those stash and dash spots in your home. Maybe it is the basement, a corner in your bedroom, the guest room or garage.
So funny I was doing some spot cleaning in the bathroom today and it included cleaning around the base of the toilet. I do a better job spot mopping there with a small rag than Housekeeping does with a microfiber mop.
I also unloaded the dishwasher and cleaned up the kitty food plates. Sylvester wasn't feeling too good yesterday so turned away a lot of food. Today he scarfed down 2 cans before 10!
I just rode my bike for 10 minutes and now need to finish getting dressed, hair and face done and enjoy my coffee.
I am a bit off time with the time change, feel so tired even though I slept in a bit. I got the Brita filter soaking so I can change it out and I need to work on the minutes.
For now off to clear email, tvch and socials.

It's Planning Day and time to clean our your bathroom trash can. Stash and Dash plan is to spend 5 minutes gathering up anything that you can donate or give away that you no longer love, use or need.
Still off because of the time change, got up at 10ish, which it really 9ish to me, LOL.
I cleaned up the kitchen, had some lunch, loaded up the dishwasher and brewed the coffee. Now clearing email and wanting a nap, LOL!

Restocked my pills, got thru email and pulled the minutes so I can edit/proof them. Also got my receipts and food log updated with the last few days.
I got my laundry back and realized I didn't get the sheets, checked on that and they are scheduled to be back soon. I just wanted to know they still knew they had them, LOL. And now I know regular laundry is $5 per pound so now I can compare to other places. I don't usually sent laundry out, other than my sheets, but it is good to have the option available.
Off to work on more stuff.

It's Anti-Procrastination Day AND It is time to take a look into the medicine cabinets and toss the empty bottles and boxes that are taking up space. While you are doing this also take a look at the expiration dates on the medicines that are there. If you have some that need to be gotten rid of take care of that as well. Grab a damp rag and wipe down the shelves.
Dealt with the kitty food plates, Sylvester and Nala both had Kitty Flu yesterday so we had throw-up and only tasting the food. Brewed the coffee while I cleaned up the kitchen.
Yesterday's Bingo was fun, I had 2 wins and the other 3 at my table also won a game or two.
I moved my desk out a bit, I can't use the cubi if it is under my desk, I hit my knees on the bottom of the desk. So I have it over to the side where I can take a few minutes to play computer games and use it.
Now working on Email and a Safeway order, I discovered I was out of coffee filters!!!!

It's Errand DAY AND the bathroom sink is calling you! Let's shine our bathroom sinks and counter tops. Scrub the sink and the faucets, wipe down with Windex (remember to be careful that you are not mixing Windex with any bleach products, make sure you rinse very well before using the Windex). Take time to wipe down your counter tops and give them a shine as well.
It's my quiet day, no bingo, LOL and dinner delivery so I don't know what else I will get up to.
Working on the kitchen, email and brewing some coffee.

Finally the Newsletter is nailed down and sent for printing and I just finished the minutes for next meeting so I can send that out!
We were supposed to have remodeling for the dining room this month but now that has been pushed to next month. We shall see, I hope we can get them to turn on the online ordering before then!

It's Clean your Car and Purse day AND in the bathroom is to mop the floor. Now, you can do this with some hot soapy water and a rag or mop.
Think I am trying to get a cold so taking it easy today, drugs and naps, LOL.
I did clean up the kitchen and ran the dishwasher. Working on email a bit before I go back to bed for another nap.

EMail done and I got thru the paper while I enjoyed my coffee, which I brewed while I changed the Brita Filter and refilled my water bottles. Also got the dishwasher unloaded.

It's Home Blessing Day AND This week we are in Zone 4: The master Bedroom, Bathroom, and Closet. It's time to Clean off the top of your dresser. Throw away any trash, and put away random items that have been put there in a stash and dash. Make sure to dust after you have finished!
Dustbusted the bathroom, rushed out and grabbed the towels and cushions off the balcony for the sudden downpour.
Played Bingo and didn't win today, looking forward to Corned beef and cabbage for dinner, off to clear email.

Finally remembered to spend my OTC money, it was hard but I managed to find $60 worth of stuff I can use. One item I will put on the free table.

I cleaned up the old kitty food and ran out a bunch of stuff to recycling. Just working on my list for the day. I did get a pedicure appointment for tomorrow and today I have Bingo at 7pm.
Off to work on email and get busy.

Dustbusted the office since the kitties "spilled" dirt from the new kitty grass in their excitement to eat and toss it around, LOL. Then I busted open the new scratcher pads and replaced two sets of scratchers.
Email is done and daily pills have been restocked. Finally got thru my computer games! Took forever.
