RN I am loving my new car! Saturday night, we had a lot of very wet snow that froze to ice on Sunday. I had left my bf's van in the driveway in front of the house on purpose in case I needed to get out for any reason. The garage is behind the house, and to long to shovel. So, last night we were getting another snow storm. It was time to put his van in the garage because my bf is coming out on Friday and he thinks his van has been in the garage this whole time. so I better get it in there so it had time to dry. So, since the van was facing the road, I had to drive it onto the road to turn it around and then drive it down the long driveway of ice. I did not like it. One of my biggest fears is driving on icy roads and I didn't like the way it handled. I also had to take my car out of the garage and take it down to the road and turn it around, so I could fit them both in there. Mine handled like a charm. And we got more snow last night and I just had to go out, I was able to back out of the garage, not hit his van, and plow through the ice and snow (even over the pile the snow plow left at the foot of the driveway.) I didn't have to shovel because I have an 18 inch clearance and with my dedicated 4 wheel drive, not one car wobble and I didn't have an iota of panic. My car is the best!!!

But, don't tapes show as segments in the poop, like grains of rice.. A wiggling worm sounds more like roundworms. And critters tend to have a variety of parasites.. I feel queasy hearing about a dog eating a bunny or any wild thing, but mine being Labradors and besides show and obedience, they could go to field trial or hunters.. And one thing that isn't wanted is a dog that is hard mouthed.. Just bring back the bird or whatever was thrown, like a bumper. So there was no tug o war games for them. But they loved retrieving and swimming. Training ducks and pigeons were returned unscathed. Still even running in the same yard with birds could give a dog parasites Grooch, you certainly chose well with your car, especially with the current weather situations.

RN Sea, Yes, they look like oversized rice when they are contracted and still, but if you get one in your hand and watch it move, it flattens and lengthens to move.

Oh but that is one segment. You might get to see the head when it is expelled. Heh.. dogs and cats enrich our lives in a variety of ways...

We actually saw whole round worms from our first litter.. They look like bean sprouts. The mother was from England, where breeders were not worming pups unless they showed worms. But that means they would then carry the worms dormant in muscle. And if that pup grew up and gave birth, the hormones from the pregnancy would wake up the larvae and her pups would have worms. Here, pups were routinely wormed and didn't pass on to the next generation. So we should have wormed these pups early but even the vet didn't think of it. It was rather startling but fascinating and of course they got wormed. Pamy, hope those things are helping!

RN Seamonkey, another way the vet knew they were tapeworms is because my dogs are on once a month Simparica Trio pills, and the only worms they don't protect against are whipworms or tapeworms.

RN as of yesterday HEB, our big local grocery chain, is selling eggs at $5.68 a dozen. If you want what I call specialty eggs (I.e., cafe free, free range, grade A+) then the prices can go as high as $10 a dozen. The nearby Costco is selling eggs at the same price Naja posted. For whatever reason we don’t eat or use a lot of eggs though so not a big hit but then again other products that use eggs will also go up in price.

Ahh, we had no meds like that back in the 70s. I haven't bought an actual egg in many years, but lots of food items will go up in price, d ok an in availability.

RN February 12 marked 4 months until I can start my survivor SS benefits! 4 months also happens to be the earliest you can put in your application. I wouldn't have made it this far without all your help! Thank you all again so much for helping me stay in my house! I still can't believe it's this close.

Strong prayers that it goes smoothly, Naja. Here the social security office stopped taking walk ins recently.
