RN, Grooch, when you feel better, go get an RSV vaccine. We mostly live around over 65 year old folks, and a bunch of them are getting really bad colds, "or something". We got an RSV vaccination last year when it was first offered, and I inquired about it this year and learned it is a lifetime shot.

OMG, that hurt my hips, knees and back from here!

Yes, RSV is meant to be for life.

Grooch, glad you are starting to get your life back!

RN… re vaccines, I was really surprised that talking with my oldest sister after she got pneumonia last week that she hadn’t gotten the pneumonia vaccine yet. She’s 73, I got mine in my late 60’s. She’s not vaccine adverse either. Just surprised me…

RN last full day of our cruise. 😟 Been a great break to rest, relax, and recover. Finally feel like I have no residual concussion symptoms. Took me almost two months to shake those.

RN And you, too, Mack! :-)

RN Deebo and my daycare dog Tucker got in a fight on the stairway leading to the front door. I only had one way to stop them and that was to slide the baby gate down the stairs at them. It worked. Looks like they'll be separated all day

RN Mack, I was wondering about you and if you were still on your vacation. Glad you're having a good time.

Naja, thanks. I'm sorry about the dog fight. Glad it wasn't worse.

Mack, good job with rehabbing from the concussion.

Grooch, hope you continue to improve.

Naja, quick thinking in a scary situation.

Kookli, that is strange. I had the pneumonia vaccine as soon as I was eligible and my hematologist suggested repeat at 5 years because of moderate immune compromise and a history of having pneumonia.. At that time my doctor gave me Vaxneuvance, considered to be a better option.

I hope I am covered, but you never know.

RN, which one is Deebo?

Good quick thinking on your part. Make sure you check both of them very carefully for puncture wounds.

RN Deebo was the one next to the GS dog in the last video.

eta: neither one had a mark on them.

RN: yeah, that GS is trouble, and I'm not surprised that it was those 2 as I saw some competitiveness between them in that video. You're right to keep them apart.

I thought the GS already went home yesterday. And her name was Roxie, not Tucker.

RN Correct, Roxie went home. Roxie didn't have anything to do with the fight.

The fight was Deebo and Tucker.

Tucker is the dark dog on the couch in this video. This is the one Deebo beat up for nothing.

Oh my bad! But still, yes, both the GS and Deebo showed competitive behavior.

RN All my bags of groceries were on the kitchen floor, and as I was distracted putting them away, My Patsy helped herself to a frozen pizza.

Did you ever spend a week one day off? I think I thought Sunday was Monday and progressed until I realized this was Friday not Saturday. I wondered why no garbage or recycling was taken. will check next week.

No, but I am getting there. I wear a cheap Timex watch that I can still read, and it tells me what day and date it is. Oh, and it is very cute.

RN That's exactly what my Aunt Nancy asked. haha
She doesn't mind. I hear her calling them in there sometimes. She actually took this picture and sent it to me.
