Got the kitchen cleaned up and the dishwasher loaded. Ran some recycling out to the bins.
Noticed my floor was still sticky so I spot mopped it a bit more. Thankfully Housekeeping will be here on Saturday and do a better job.
Did a little work on the January Newsletter and finished up clearing email. Off to check other stuff.

It's clean your car and purse day AND do a five minute declutter mission. No big deal, just grab a trash can and toss anything in the bathroom and your most cluttered room that you can for five minutes.
Dustbusted the bathroom, then showered, then off to the kitchen (after dressing, of course), got all the dishes rinsed and loaded into the dishwasher. It's running now. Then I gathered up a bunch of trash to take out later. Couldn't figure out why the empty dishwasher detergent box fell out of the bag, then I noticed the entire side was split, LOL.
Took all the cans out of the bag from Happy Hour and got them rinsed and draining. So now I just need to dry my hair, take out some boxes and trash, and clear email. Oh I need to dustbust the office and refill some water bottles.
Can't wait for housekeeping .. my sticky floor is driving me crazy.
Wearing my Christmas Sweater to hand out the Holiday Tip checks, have Bingo at 2pm and dinner at 5pm.
So off to dry my hair and then clear email.

Email done, won one game at Bingo and handed out a bunch of holiday tips ... Still have 4 more to do, I think they will be here on Sunday.
Our internet was down and when it came back I was finally able to get my Lazyfit exercise to work. Had a fun workout.
Catching up on General Hospital and any new emails.

Saturday!! Its a day for rest, relaxation and fun.
Getting ready for HOusekeeping and rain. Got the balcony pretty squared away, just need to grab the cushion and towels if/when it starts raining.
Everything is off the floor of the living room, office and hallway. Naturally someone dropped off a big bag of cans, LOL, so I set them on the foyer table. Got the kitchen counters cleared, the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded and refilled some water bottles.
Also cleared the bathroom counters so now I just need to do the bedroom boxes/stairs/ and kitty toys.
Off to clear a bit of email, grab some yogurt and the paper.

Well crap, housekeeping just cancelled on me! So annoying but I am just going to have to leave everything where it is except the bedroom heaters. But the kitty things and my heaters back into place that are needed... I have been moved to Monday before 12:30.
Time for some lunch!

Sunday .. A day of Gratitude ...
Going out to Chinese lunch soon, just got a Safeway order done and enjoying my coffee while I clear email.
Need to find a bag and grab my Christmas presents, then I can deliver the final holiday bonuses and pick up my newspaper on my way out.

It's Home Blessing Day -- Yeah, housekeeping is coming and I will stop sticking to my floors -- AND time for the master bedroom, bath and closet.
Had a great Chinese lunch with my friend, then picked up some new kitty grass and some Krispy Kreme Donuts -- YEAH!! I never have donuts and I really like them, LOL.
Now just working on email while i wait for housekeeping. All the things are off the floor except for the bathroom litter box.

Housekeeping came around 1.15 which made me late for Bingo. I din't win but I got chocolates, LOL.
Got home and started putting the house back together and I can't believe some of the floors in the kitchen, bath and living room are still wet! Must be very humid!
Anyway the bathroom is back together, kitty box back in place and I got the scratchers back into place in the living room and bedroom.
I did put the towels back out on the balcony so they kitties can lay out there but I need to check the weather to see when I should bring them in. The cushion is now living on the sofa till the storms are over, LOL.
Off to check mail, etc., while I catch up on GH.

Tuesday -- Happy Christmas Eve --
No big plans for today, have Bingo at 7pm and no real chores to accomplish. I could refill some water bottles. I am hoping for a chewy delivery.
For now clearing email and other stuff, reading the paper, playing some computer gamese.

Oh I forgot .. I didn't do much yesterday, just stacked kitty food dishes in the sink. Soooo, this morning I scrapped all the plates, got the dishwasher loaded and running, refilled water and soda bottles, took out the trash and a chewy box!
House is all clean and neat for the Great Christmas Day Goof Off, hahahahahaha.

It's Errand Day AND time to get rid of the dust in your bedroom. Dust the walls and the ceilings. oooh, good one, I noticed a cobweb on the wall the other day and then forgot about it.
It's another quiet day for me, no bingo, no errands, no reason to leave the apartment.
Just checking email, having some yogurt, reading the paper and watching Perry.

It's clean your purse and car day AND time to attack the clothes pile. Now you all know what I am talking about. This pile is either on a chair, on top of the hamper, dresser or at the foot of your bed. Set your timer for 15 minutes and grab some hangers or start folding.
Didn't get anything done yesterday. Today I have Resident Council meeting at 1pm and Bingo at 2pm.
Oh, since the sun is shining I did open up the balcony. Put down some towels for the kitties to lay on. Not sure if we have more rain coming.
Probably do a few chores as well.

Nothing wrong with a good Perry Mason episode. You always know that he’s going to win the case. However, some of the later years had some very serious plot holes in them… like you could drive a truck through them. 🤗

LOL, Kookliebird I noticed that as well, happens on the later shows of Murder She Wrote too.
I cleaned up the kitty food dishes, got them rinsed and loaded in the dishwasher after I got it unloaded.
Then I took the trash and kitty food out to the bins.
Had fun at Bingo, I won twice! Now catching up on GH and email.

Saturday ... a day to play ...
Just got back from a lovely drive after an excellent Chinese Dinner - I had Honey Walnut prawns -- so yummy!
Now I will crawl back into bed with the kitties, read the paper, watch some TV and play some computer games.

Cleaned up the kitchen, kitty food disposed of and plates rinsed and put into the dishwasher. Got the coffee brewed and started refilling water bottles.
Have Bingo at 2pm, for now it's time to go grab some brunch and read the paper.

It's Home Blessing Day AND time to get the hotspots cleared off in your Living Room. Since it looks like the rain is over for a bit I put the chair cushion bac out and set up the towels for lazing. Also got the welcome mats flat and drying out. Dumped some water trays so the plants don't drown.
It's an exciting day, we have another presentation from Sodexo regarding the new food plan. This one will probably be accurate to what they plan for here.
For now I am taking the paper and yogurt back to bed to get ready for the day.

Very interesting meeting ... many people have finally realized that the "Dining Dollars" will probably not cover all their meals now. I figure they are about $2500 short for the year. They keep saying but the food will be better. I figure the only way it will be better is if the portion sizes are bigger, then people can take the leftovers home for lunch the next day. It won't impact me because I don't eat Breakfast, and I found out that only about 20 people use the breakfast service, which is a continental items.
I figured it would end up going long so I took my Bingo stuff with me and went right into Bingo, won once, came close alot.
Now I am catching up on GH, just finished clearing email, paid my kaiser bill and now I need to figure out my monthly bills / transfer of money.
And I am behind on the newspaper and my computer games.

Today is Planning Day AND time to Grab a feather duster or dust rag and go after the tops of door jams, tops of pictures, molding, windows, corners of the ceiling and the tops of your curtains.
I got the balcony re-organized, got the welcome mats back in place since they are now dry.
My plan is to do the general chores of the day, clean the kitchen, refill water/soda bottles. I still need to figure out and transfer money so that's first up.
But I need to go start the coffee and clean up the kitchen.

Happy New Years EVE ...
Kitchen has been cleaned up and the dishwasher is running. I am thinking of moving a few things around, I realized that the counters closest to the front door seemed really full and I have an entire corner across the room with nothing. So for now we are trying the coffee maker and paper towel holder over there. The Microwave would work as well, but we shall try this first.
I also got the water bottles refilled and am enjoying my coffee while I go to do banking, clear email and listen to my DayDrinking podcast.
Off to the bank.
