RN Endo informed me late last night that he forgot to tell me that work did end up asking him yesterday if he was interested in a 3 month extension. If it comes through, he would stay at my house again starting mid January. He would have just stayed with me this month, too, if his wife and kid didn't want to come here and spend the holidays with him. Please you precious people, keep your fingers crossed!
OH, interesting story from Endo. His wife has neuropathy in one of her legs, and sometimes can't feel it at all from the knee down. I asked why and it ends up her first husband shot her several times in the back and legs, then turned the gun on himself. He said it was a miracle she even could walk again.
Makes my temporary problems seem ridiculous.

RN Poor Patsy! I had closed the storm door but not the inside door. Patsy thought she could just go out through the thermal door, not realizing the storm door was closed on the other side, and she banged her head right into it like a little bull.

Oh, maybe I got the post card when I first signed up for NextDoor, but then we moved in 2016, and I had to join a different neighborhood group, and by then they had gone to the credit card verification.

And I'm reading the instructions. It says I have to enable GPS so Google knows where I am.
I don't want them to know where I am. It's none of their business. I may end up throwing it out.

RN we signed the contract to replace our back doors. We decided we might as well replace the front door and worked a small discount for the package. Notice I didn’t say or use the word bargain, it was far from that. Won’t say what it cost but it was a bit of a heart stopper. That said they are considered some of the best doors made. They are all Energy Star rated so we will get a small tax break.

RN, it’s a little scary. Some people may think they have nothing to hide but this information can be valuable. For example, knowledge of your travel habits could be useful for insurance companies.
