RN, Naja, we use these for leash tags. You can write on them, and re-use them.

RN haha! I only made 4 :-) But that's only because I have 2 rambunctious black labs here that are too distracting. But next week I have a couple free days so who knows what will happen :-)

RN Grooch, you don't have to open the label maker at all when you get it. I misread the instructions and opened it thinking I had to do something, but that's only when it's time to replace the label cartridge.

This is Annie's first day and it's a doozy! LOL
She's just daycare for today, and all of them but Jackie go home tomorrow afternoon.

RN, it sure is easy to spot Patsy and Dolly in that video. They are the ones calmly sitting expertly and waiting for the treats.

RN Endo went to Walmart and asked me if I needed anything, and I said 18 large eggs and butter. Even at Walmart, that totals about $11 plus tax. When he got back, I went to hand him the money, and he wouldn't take it! What a nice guy 🙂

eta: He knows nothing about my financial situation either!

Naja,Endo seems to be a nice person and a good renter. It's too bad he is leaving soon.

Same, wish Endo could stay longer.

But don't fret, you are close, you are really close to when DH's Social Security kicks in. You are going to make it.

RN Yep, Juju, we are down to just over 6 and a half months.

RN Endo cracked me up yesterday. All the dogs were in the living room last night, and one of them let out such a bad fart I had to open a window and light a scented candle.

Endo walked through the room and I said to him "You get this many dogs in one room and at least one of them is always farting."

Endo replied "That's like when me and my brothers get together".

LMAO!

RN Thank God they took the rain out of the weather for Thanksgiving weekend. I'm having 5 dogs again starting Wednesday, and that would have been a nightmare with rain!

RN I just put up a thermal magnetic door and Patsy, Dolly and Jackie learned how to use it right away! Well, Patsy needed a little help from Jackie to get back in. LOL

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rmNu9Ha5Fus

I had to jerry rig it to work between the door and storm door.

So cute! My dog Rocky loves watching your videos. He "talks" to your pups. I think he was encouraging Patsy too. :-)

Adorable!

Now tell the truth. How long did it take for them to learn to use it? With you, I always imagine your pups are so smart, they figure it out on the first try. That can't be true, can it? Lol!

RN haha Grooch! It took about 2 tries of me holding it open first. It was really that quick.

eta: I loved how they were always wagging their tails through the whole process. They thought it was fun.

RN just got back home from my first ambulance ride and second ER visit. Was working on finishing up my garden for winter. Had about 200 pounds of mulch in my wheelbarrow. Got out of balance and my 180 pound self tried to safe it. Instead it flipped me to the ground. Wheelbarrow and mulch 1 Mack 0. I was bleeding badly and a little in shock so had Mrs Mack call 911. Three internal stitches and ten external just above my left eye. I be dressing up as a pirate next Hallloween…….arghh.

Rn, I loved the dogs going through the door video, and I loved even more Kar's dog also watching and enjoying them.

Mack, hope you heal quickly, but it could also be time to just mastermind the major gardening enterprise you have embarked upon, which seems to be an excellent idea. And then hire out the manual labor under your supervision. I don't know if you are a member of nextdoor.com, ( a community website for people who live near you) but there are always people on there in my (very expensive) 100,000 population town who need money to get them through a rough patch willing to do yard work. And don't discount young women who say they can do it. They probably can.

In order to sign up for nextdoor.com you do have to give them a credit card number, so they can verify that you live where you say you do. They only use that for a one-time verification and do not save it. The US Postal Service does the same thing in order to allow you to make a change of address these days. I have been a Nextdoor member for probably 15 years and have never had a problem with it, other than some people who apparently have no lives except to make obnoxious comments on message boards, and I simply mute them.
