RN Yes, Sea, I'd love to care for Rylee and Sky all the time. They were so well behaved and friendly.
One thing I never mentioned is that one of my basic questions to new clients is "Has you dog ever harmed another dog?".

RN It is so cool living with someone who gets everything free from Sonic. Today she brought me home a giant diet cherry lime-aid. Last weekend I got a super sonic burger and onion rings. A few days before that I got a hot fudge milkshake!

RN Dogdoc, if you're ever near a Sonic, you gotta try a hot fudge milkshake. It's has such a yummier flavor that a plain ole chocolate shake.

RN I am SO proud of myself right now! I went on Angi's list to find a gutter cleaner because the one we always used the past several years tried to rip me off the first time he was here after DH had passed. So I found one on Angi's and his price said "starting at $100".
So I'm on the phone with the guy and he says it's flat rate $100 for 1 story and $200 for 2 story. I said thanks, but no thanks. I told him last summer I had it done for $100 and I guess I'll call him again. (I was bluffing. I would never call the guy who tried to rip me off!)
Then the guy says "Well, if your dead set on $100, I don't want to turn away business. I'll do it for $100"....HA!

RN This is insane you guys. My best friend in 8th grade was Jamie. She was in 7th grade. She just sent me and my brother this video of all of us back then!
Her bunny was attacked and killed by a dog and we had a funeral for it. My brother is the one in the plaid pants, and you don't see me until we are at the pond and I am the one with the crazy dark hair and light jeans, dark jacket. I was 13 and my brother and Jamie were 12. Jamie is the tall skinny red-head with jeans and light blue jacket.

RN Well, if $400 deposit to hold the pink room shows up within a couple days to my paypal account, then I have 2 new tenants! A travel nurse and her best friend that travels with her. I am charging them 50% more for the room since there's 2 of them sharing it. Their arrival date is supposed to be June 21.
If this works out, I will be able to have some things around here repaired!
I first asked Yolanda if she minded having two more women here instead of just one. Above all I want Yolanda here and happy. Both of the new ones are in their early 50s.
I really hope this works out!

RN Yes. They will share. The nurse works nights, but the friend is a day person. She's going to try to work at one of our Amazon warehouses temporarily. The nurse has a 13 week contract at St. Lukes with option of an extension.
The nurse is married. The person she is bringing is her best friend.
eta: we were all on the phone for about an hour and they are so fun and nice from what I can tell.

RN Well, the new tenant(s) sent me the $400 deposit and it cleared the bank, so I guess this one is really coming.
I'm not dancing yet until they are in the front door and give me first month's rent. That is supposed to be June 21st.

RN What's so good about the timing is right now I am handling all the regular household bills fine with dog sitting and Yolanda's rent. So I will be able to totally set this new rent aside for the real estate taxes and homeowner's insurance.
