12z GFS Total Precipitation out to Monday. In line with others showing .50" to over an inch for many. Nearly all of this will fall Saturday.
Have to think some from Marin-San Pablo Bay south will see more rain this weekend then what normally falls all of May.

We had moody overcast until afternoon. An the rain is due in Saturday night. Same system you are getting and that Juju probably already has.
But yikes about the weather in Texas. Thinking about Texannie in Houston.

We are heading out for a 2 week cruise to Alaska on Sunday, first time we have ever gone this early. We might run into snow several places!!

The forecast for Portland today was dry. Well, it’s been pretty wet for a dry day. At one point, in the atrium of my building was raining fairly heavy, but one block north was completely dry. It just depended where the rain cloud was.

It's weird how that happens isn't it Kookliebird? My friend lives a short distance from me and we are always laughing how I have rain and she doesn't and vise versa.
