LOL this week the special salad is Greek Salad -- romaine, olives, tomatoes, red onions and Feta cheese
Special Sandwich -- BLT&A -- Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato and Avocado.
Potato is Baked Russet.

Tilapia in a lemon butter caper sauce with wild rice and roasted mixed vegetables.

LOL, Mameblanche. I wish people had posted more in this thread when I still lived in my condo and cooked.
I could never think of what to make for dinner, this would have given me ideas even tho it is hard to cook for just one.

Cheese Ravioli with alfredo sauce OR
Balsamic Glazed Beef with roasted zucchini and buttered barley
Brownie for dessert.

Mame - I hear you! DuringCVID I went into being.my own frozen dinner company. Iwould make 6-8 servings of whatever i was making, eat one and freeze the rest. I had an assortment of beef (stew,stroganoff, spaghetti sauce), pork (three dishes0 and chicken (likewise.) Once I got the system going I only had the same meal every 9 days. I I also kept changing out the dishes in each category. No ideal, but kept me nourished forthe duration!!!!!
