I had the tilapia and it was excellent. Skipped dessert since I was going for Margaritas and appetizers at the Moose Lodge Bingo event, LOL.

Oh I forgot Saturday dinner ...
Roasted Pork Loin - roasted in garlic sauce, served over white rice with sauteed spinach and mushrooms
OR
Souther Style Chili with Cornbread -- Chili beans, beef, red beans, tomato, onions and red peppers, served with cornbread and topped with sour cream.
Lemon Cake for Dessert.
I had the chili and it was excellent, plus they make really good cornbread here. And I love the lemon cake.

Ok,Friday it would have depended on my mood. One's not a clear winner over the other.
Saturday, Chili. I would have probably gone with the pork, if it would have been mashed taters instead of rice. LOL

Last night was Portabella Risotto -- portabella mushroom risotto served with a side of Buttery Garlic Bread
OR
Fettuccine Alfredo -- Diced chicken in creamy alfredo sauce served over fettuccine, with a side of garlic bread.
Strawberry Cake for dessert.
I got the fettuccine and Cake to go since I was so full from my leftover roast beef sandwich, LOL. I will try it for lunch.

Oh, I skipped Tuesday ... Cheese Beef Casserole - ground beef cooked with onions, garlic and elbow pasta; baked until Golden Brown, served with Steamed Broccoli
OR
Authentic Chicken Mole - Tender chicken, topped with Authentic Mexican Sauce, served over Steamed White Rice and Pico De Gallo
Cobbler for dessert.
I picked up the Beef casserole and had it for lunch today, LOL, it was yummy.

No Carlton Dogs this week, the sandwich is Italian Club -- Italian Dry Salami, Black Pepper Coated Salami, Dry Coppa and Prosciutto with Provolone cheese, topped with shredded lettuce, oil and vinegar.
The Salad is Country Chicken Salad -- crispy chicken, bacon, cheese, cucumbers, and tomato, topped with a BBQ Ranch Dressing

So I picked up the pot stickers and had them for lunch the Saturday and they were surprisingly good. I just didn't expect them to be done well, but they were. And Cheesecake, excellent.
Since I went for Chinese lunch on Friday and have a ton of leftovers, I skipped Friday and Saturday nights.
Now I am headed out for some Sunday Brunch.
