Last night ... Saucy Fish Sandwich ... It was a Burger King type fish sandwich, that I love, served with coleslaw
OR
Baked Potato served with creamy cheese sauce and topped with sour cream, bacon and onions.
Tapioca Pudding for Dessert.
I had the fish sandwich and loved it.

Yesterday was ... Creamy Herb Chicken .. Seared chicken cooked in a light garlic cream sauce, served over zesty quinoa, steamed broccoli and carrots
OR
Zesty Fajitas -- sliced beef, served with sauteed peppers, onions over spanish rice and warm tortilla with a side of sour cream.
Banana cream pie for dessert.
I ordered the chicken delivered. What I got was the fajitas, LOL, which were very good but the surprise was the fabulous banana cream pie !! Oh my it was so good.

Skipped dinner tonight because I had breakfast out and got the HotDog BBQ (which was great).
Honey Roasted Ham served with mashed potatoes, gravy and mixed veggies
OR
Traditional Spaghetti -- meaty basil sauce over spaghetti.
Carrot Cake for dessert (bummed I missed out on the dessert)

Since I have leftover breakfast from Saturday and leftover pasta/appetizers/dessert from last night I am skipping dinner tonight BUT .... you could have
Chicken Marsala - chicken breast cooked in Mushroom Marsala Wine Sauce, served over cream pasta with a side of steamed carrots
OR
Old-Fashioned Stuffed Cabbage - stuffed with a mixture of beef & cooked rice in a Marinara Sauce served with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots.
Strawberry Cake for Dessert.

Last night was Rotisserie Chicken - served with macaroni and cheese, steamed broccoli and Carrots
OR
Shepard's Pie - Beef and Vegetables cooked together & topped with a layer of cheesey Mashed Potatoes, baked until golden delicious.
Apple Cobbler for dessert.
I had the chicken because I love the mac/cheese, LOL and cobbler with ice cream. It was yummy as usual.

Tonight was Citrus-Glazed Salmon - grilled and topped with a sweet orange cilantro glaze, served with rice pilaf and roasted mixed vegetables.
OR
Pepper Pork Loin - thinly sliced pork in a garlic Gravy served over Rosemary Rice Pilaf and Dill Roasted Squash.
Cannoli for dessert.
I had the Salmon, the glaze was fabulous and they got the rice correct (the asian ladies always tell them when they do it wrong, LOL), plus it was roasted squash that was so good! Cannoli's are always yummy.

Tex-Mex Veggie Chili - Hearty veggie chili tp[[edwith sliced avocado, fried tortilla strips, sour cream, cheddar cheese and cilantro. Served with corn bread.
Cheesecake for dessert!

Today was Cinco De Mayo -- mango margaritas !!
Shrimp Ceviche - shrimp, cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, lime juice and cilantro served ona tostada (bowl)
OR
Big Red Enchilada Casserole - cheese and corn tortillas layered and baked in red enchilada sauce served with black bean puree and topped with corn pico de gallo & Sour Cream.
Chocolate Cream Pie for Dessert
