Oh dear, I put my Christmas cards in the way of the kitty highway when they feel the floor is lava. Going to have to move them a shelf up, LOL.

Sunday! A day of reflection
Not much on the plan for the day. Continued wrapping of presents, 1 to go, then I need to ribbon/bow them all.
Off to read the paper and have some yogurt while I play solitaire.
Wonder if there are good Christmas movies today?

Well it is not getting any warmer and the gray skies make it seem colder. Nala has taken refuge on my sherpa jacket. I laid it out on the bed because I know she likes to snuggle in it.
I am going down to brunch shortly so I put on a sweater and turned the heat on in the living room.
Hopefully it will be toasty warm when I return and I can finish my presents and goodwill chores.

Took out the majority of the boxes to the recycle room, cleaned up the kitchen a bit and restocked my sodas.
Got the rest of the packages ribboned and now have one box to wrap/ribbon, and I will be DONE with Christmas.
Oh did I mention I got my Christmas stamps so all the cards have been mailed. Moved some money around and paid some bills. Also restocked my afternoon pills.
Now I am clearing email and twitter, then maybe a nap, LOL.

Email and twitter done!! Last present wrapped and bowed!!
Also, I think I mentioned that I ordered 6 glazed donuts but got a substitute of 12 various donuts. So I bagged the jelly donuts and cake donuts so I can put them in the fridge and see if my Sister wants any this Sunday.
Now to figure out what to do with this carmel popcorn that I don't like. Guess I will bag it up, maybe she can take it to her office.
And now what to do with the red tins the popcorn came in, I have 2; maybe they can go to Goodwill.

Just working on my list today, going to set up the laundry app on my phone, I am out of quarters, so going to give it a try. I don't really like to have apps on my phone but I will just my "homephone cell" since it doesn't travel out of the house much.
Switched my fall wreath with my winter wreath and I need to move the umbrella stand out to the storage room and put my 6 rolls of wrapping paper away.
For now going to start the coffee, read the paper, have some yogurt and enjoy Perry Mason.

Cleaning the closet while I move the umbrella stand out to the storage room. I need to find someone who needs a flag, I can't hang it from my balcony because of the catio netting, so it needs a home. I was thinking I would take the red bins up to the laundry room and leave them with a free sign.
Took out the remaining boxes and some trash, now working on email and twitter.

Got the stuff to put in the SR and made it to the door when I noticed Nala sleeping on the chair and Sylvester sitting on the milk crates surveying his "kingdom", LOL. So I will put them away later.

LOL, everything got settled into the storage unit and that made room for me to stick the vacuum into the corner and free up some space in the closet. I ended up sweeping and mopping in there.
This morning I have the got the dishwasher started so it's time for Perry Mason, LOL, and the paper and yogurt.

Got the hooks up in the closet where I can hang my scarves. I have some pretty ones so I thought I should use them as decoration. I only wear them in the winter time to keep the back of my neck warm, so later they will just look pretty. Didn't realize the hooks are supposed to sit for a hour before you use them.

Moved a box to get ready for housekeeping which put me by the bike, so I road it for 5 minutes. I have been wanting to get my bike riding back into a daily plan. AND it definitely warmed me up, LOL.
Then I went and finished dusting the bookcases and gathered some stuff to take up to the laundry room as "free". I tried to set the laundry app up on my phone but I must have the name wrong, so I need to go and find out if I have transposed the name.

Weird, I went to hang up the scarves on the hooks and 2 hooks slid down the wall when I put the scarf on them. I restuck one to the wall and one to the closet wall to see if they will stay. I wonder if they don't stick well on textured walls.
Still working on email, I can't believe how much I have!

Housekeeping comes today !! Just getting things up off the floor so its easy to clean them thoroughly. Got the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded Cleared the bathroom counters and moved the stuff off the floor.
Dusted the office file cabinets and also the counter.
LOL, Sylvester is taking advantage of the stuff off the floor, one of the kitty scratcher things is up on a table which gave him a "lift up" to get on top of the bookcases. I have seen him jump up there without the help so not sure why he thinks this is a new thing, LOL.
Time for some yogurt, the paper and Perry Mason.

Karen is here!!! I wasn't quite ready since I didn't realize how late it was, most times she is here now and I just realized it is after 11.
I quickly got the rest of the stuff off the floors, moved the rolly out to the balcony, bathroom kitty box is up on the bed. Kitties have gone to their hiding places, LOL.
I did manage to take the comforter off the bed and shook that out, also did the blanket, so all the kitty kibble/treat crumbs are on the floor.
Now I will sit here and work on computer stuff, email / twitter, and see if I can find out what is going on with my PG&E bill.

Wow, she was fast today ... I am stuck in the office waiting for the floors to dry. Nala came right out and walked all over them and went out on the balcony. Oh I see Sylvester is following her.
Once it is dry I will get everything back down on the floor. At least it looks like the sun is trying to break thru the haze.

OMG, LMAO ... I went to put the scratcher back down under the TV and what do I find .... kitty throw-up ... on my newly mopped and clean floors.
I guess the housekeeping anxiety was too much for someone.
Well most of the living room and bathroom are put back together, but I need to get a cleaning rag and go for the throwup.
Most important is the litter box is back in the bathroom (even tho they have one in the office that never gets moved) and their favorite water bowl is down.
Feels nice to have the house clean, just a couple of things I need to do and it will be perfect for the holidays.

ok, I always do a little cleaning after Housekeeping. I wiped down the coffee maker and accouterments, plus I did get the kitty throw-up wiped up.
And then I cleaned my desk.

got thru to PG&E to find out if they are ever going to bill me for my service. I switched it over in August and have called them several times. Last time in September they said they needed to do a meter reading and then I would get a bill.
Still no bill, so today the gal said it will take 3-5 days to get the billing started and then to contact them to make arrangements to pay since it will be a big bill. I don't mind paying for my service but I sure would like to know how much it is a month so I can put it in my budget.
HOpefully they will let me pay with a credit card so I can get some points / cash back out of this mess.
I can't wait to see if I actually get a bill in 3 to 5 days.

Went out to lunch with my friend, it is crazy out!! I am not going anywhere but down to the dining room until sometime next week, hahahahaha. And I am skipping dinner tonight, have some great Chinese leftovers.
Maybe make a nice margarita later. I need to finish the paper, play my games and do a few chores but for now I think I will just enjoy the sun trying to come out.
I did go to the bank and got some quarters so I can do the laundry and figure out the app next time I go up there.
Now I will clear some email and twitter.

OMG, such a great dinner for Christmas Eve!! Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of people either gone or sick because there weren't many at dinner. I asked our server and she said there were a lot of sick people.
That may mean not many at Brunch tomorrow !!
I just dumped all the ice trays and refilled them. I think maybe Slav thinks I am his girlfriend, I must find a girlfriend here to put him off the trail, LOL.
He is a nice guy, but I don't need all these little gifts from him. But, of course, I accepted them and thanked him. No idea what I should try to find and give him, or if I should just let it slide. I don't need/want a boyfriend, and there are plenty of single ladies here, LOL.
