LOL, haven't seen Richard since I moved here, he might be on a different time schedule than me, I am sort of afraid to ask if he still lives here, LOL.
Still working on getting stuff put away. I managed to get all the bathroom stuff sorted and either in the medicine cabinet or under the sink.
Now I need to do a little fine tuning in the closet, hang some hooks, move out the books I stuck there, etc. And I think I will install my dustbuster to hang behind the bedroom door.
Off to grab my coffee and a snack.

Got the Office bookcase in order, started throwing some stuff away. Still trying to get "like" things together. I need to figure out something for all my hair ties, ribbons and hairbrush for in the bathroom.
Oh, I just saw a glass that might work to hold the hairbrush and a tube of toothpaste. I shall give that a try.
Got the command hooks up in the closet to hold the bag that contains handle and good plastic bags. Need to put the other ones up for the hoodies.
Asked about furniture pickup, and found out Peter (the manager) is on vacation until Thursday. So I may just see if the "Got Junk" people can come. Oh, I think I will check with my movers, sometimes they do a haul.
Off to check twitter and see if cbs has put any of the bios up for Big Brother.

Sylvester just scared himself silly. He has been trying to get up on the railing, successfully even tho the netting is attached on the inside. He is a tightrope walker.
Anyway, he fell and caught his leg on the door handle. I ran to get him and pushed the door back so he got his footing and got down and ran away. He seemed ok but I really want to check his leg.
One good thing might be that he won't do it again, we shall see.

When I got up this morning, I found that Nosy Parker, Sylvester, had been busy in the night, hahahahaha.
He pulled out the basket that holds socks in the closet amoire and got out a few, I guess he wanted to add his thoughts to my wardrobe for today.
Then I went to make coffee and found a bunch of stuff on the floor. The plastics drawer had had a half inch opening, so he pulled it open and them got out the napkins, plastic gallon bags and a few sandwich bags. He just loves pawing stuff out of places, cracks me up.
So I am working on different projects in the house. I got the printer plugged in and turned on. But I am having trouble with "office" today, so I went to see if I missed an update.
That is finished so now I need to shut down and update.

Got updated and excel still wasn't working so I just left it alone.
Can't figure out what I have done with my command hooks, LOL. I need to put up the rest of them and I have stuck them somewhere.
Anyway, just tried excel and it's back so maybe Microsoft was having an issue.
Cleared the last two buckets of stuff, it was mostly repairs stuff, glue - tape, etc, and the bona microfiber pads. Did have some more goodwill stuff. Need to find a box for the goodwill.
Then I swept under the desk and some of the floor. Still need to vacuum the rugs, so that is next up.

I finally found the hooks! I knew I had placed them somewhere so I wouldn't lose them. They were in a container sitting in my office area, they just got hidden by a container of kitty treats, LOL.
Got myself set up for the live feeds so I can watch them tomorrow if I want to.
So far I am not that impressed with the show.

Getting ready for my Housekeeping visit. Hope it goes better this time but I am preparing rooms to be easy to clean. I don't have as much stuff on the floors as I did the first time so we shall see how much gets done.
Had an infestation of ants on my kitty food station. That has never happened before, not sure how to deal with it but I cleaned off the counter and sprayed some Raid, then after it had dissipated a bit I set up a new placemat and food.
Got the dishwasher unloaded and the kitchen in order. Time to grab the paper and have some yogurt.

Housekeeping just came and went ... what a difference. I got a different person and she did a really good job, swept under all the furniture, ran one of those swiffer duster things over everything, cleaned the kitchen / bath really well and then mopped everything.
I was impressed and very pleased with the cleaning this time!
So now I can put everything back down on the floors and the kitties have started slinking out to sniff all the new smells, LOL.

Got junk is coming to take away the 2 inside chairs and the 2 balcony chairs, should be here in about 30 minutes. I was amazed I could get an appointment today considering I just went on and looked into to today.
Then on Saturday my new chairs will be here.
I got my shelf thing for over the toilet, put it together and now I need to determine how I want to attach it. It says to attach to the toilet but my toilet lid is not level, it is the weirdest thing, LOL. I think I can attach it to the wall but need to figure that out.
Off to check and see what is going on with BB

Have my list of things to get accomplished ... finish up my new stuff for the bathroom, put up some command hooks... many things.
I need to research ANTS ... my kitty food is being overrun by ants. I never had this problem before.
And it's not like the food is on the floor, it is up on a counter, on a placemat. I have been spraying around with RAID. Trying to find the ant trail, but I guess I need to report this to the managers because it may be a bigger issue.
Off to start the coffee.

Get some Terro, Dipo, if you can put it somewhere the cats can't get it. You buy a tube of it and put one drop on a tiny piece of foil on the paths where the ants are appearing. They will be gone almost immediately. We ALWAYS have Terro on hand when we go to Texas for the winter. You might have to be crafty to hide the foil and bait from the cats, but ants are MUCH smaller than cats.

Busy Day ... my sister is picking up my new chairs at the Restore, did I mention how fabulous they are! And bringing me a new coffee table and a chair for the balcony.
Just swept the living room floor to make sure the area for the new chair is clean. Did I mention I moved the dining room table to the other side of the room so I think the living room is finally coming together.
Got a few more things together in the bathroom, filled up the new cabinet with TP, found I am not that big a fan of Angel Soft TP. I can never remember the name of the ones I buy since I usually go for 2ply and cheapest. So I am trying to make a mental note of which ones I like and I have a bunch, LOL.
Ok, off to make some coffee and look for Terro, not sure where you get it but I am sure Google knows.

New chairs are in, living room has been rearranged and the rug put down. My sister got me a gorgeous lamp at Restore for $12 and it is stunning and goes with all the colors in the living room.
Hung the lamp in the bedroom so now I will be able to see to read the paper when is it gray out. And I got a new chair in there as well.
Then we dealt with the balcony, rearranged the whole thing and put the new balcony chair out. My sister had an extra chair that fits much better on my balcony than the ones that I had.
It looks great and now I can go out and sit there to read.
So I just have a few small chores to complete, like hanging some more pictures and my command hooks.
Sister moved a couple of plants around and I might end up moving them back once I set with them for a bit.
I did empty a great plastic bin. Need to figure out something to put in it and where it should live, LOL. Oh, I know it can be the Xtra comforter holder. I am planning to change out my comforter so I can store the one I am using now in it with the shams. That should work great!!

Sunday's Mission A day to be thankful for our blessings !
Not doing much today, maybe hang a few things. I did end up putting the plants back the way I had them. I like them better that way, LOL.
And I was thinking that the I can hide the plastic bin behind the bedroom chair (it is a corner I can't really get to now), put the comforter in it and it will make a good kitty fort. They have been jumping in and out of it since I set it down on the floor.
Cracks me up how cats like boxes, bins, anything that they can jump in and out of.
So for now, just reading the paper, enjoying the lovely weather with the balcony door open (apparently we are in for a heatwave later today) and having some coffee.

Getting started. My day started oddly with a 4am wake-up, sort of felt yucky but not really, so I played some games, drank some water and then finally around 7am went back to sleep.
Woke up with my alarm at 9.15, feed the kitties, grabbed the paper and went back to bed to decide it I was having a "sick" day, LOL.
Obviously I am feeling better, I think I was just hot, so I hung the command hooks in the closet for the hoodies. Cleaned up the kitchen, refilled water and soda bottles, and then hung up the molds on a small wall. They look great
Having a little lunch with my coffee, clearing email, etc.

I ended up moving the table across the room and now the bike has a better place. I think it is time to start riding again.
Went ahead and hung a hook in the kitchen for my recycle bag, I don't like it just sitting on the floor.
Now I am waiting to work on my computer, need to get the printer setup and figure out how to use headphones, and get the sound better.
Got email cleared so now I need to deal with twitter and catch up on BB.

Not sure what I am up to today. I tried to get my printer connected to my laptop but I can't figure out how to change the wifi hookup. And my appointment to work on it was rescheduled.
Oh I have a meeting here today at 1 called "Personal Expression Forum"; I want to see what that is all about. I have a bunhc of suggestions but I am not sure it this is the place to mention them, just keeping a list.
Off to read the paper and have some yogurt.

Cleaned the bathroom floor, thinking I might get rid of the litter rug and just get a normal bathmat rug. I think it would serve the same purpose. Also made me realize that I haven't seen my bathroom plunger, LMAO. I swear it is so wear the things I remember are missing and then wondering where in the world they might be.
Working on email, Taran's postcast and twitter now. Dumped out the dustbuster so now I need to hang it on the wall.

Got my new "landline" phone set up, couldn't get the number to transfer so I just went with a new number. Then I sent out an mass email to people about the new address and phone number. So tomorrow I will cancel the landline with ATT that hasn't worked since they installed it, oh and I can put away the phones till I decide what to do with them.
Found out I have a ton of people / contacts in my email that I need to clean out. So I managed to get thru "F" before I got tired of the game. I will do the rest tomorrow. Amazing how there are people I have no idea who they are.
Also did some banking and paid some bills; went down for my meeting and it was cancelled!
I swear they are going to make me take over and be in charge. I had my book of ideas, one of which is teaching them how do to EMAIL BLAST when they have to cancell something. Currently the only way you will know is if you walk down to the white board across from the mailboxes and see it is not written there. Anyway, that was annoying.
I emailed the front desk to find out when I am supposed to catch the shuttle tomorrow for my dental appointment.
Time to get caught up on my games.
