Yesterday I told Bigdog that Resident Alien was going to have a season 2, but start date seems to be unknown. By today, he has re-watched all of season 1 and says start date for season 2 is Jan. 26. I do not know what he did, found it on SyFy channel, I think.

It seems I wasn't the one disappointed in the season 2 episode 1 Resident Alien . I've read a couple of reviews that have found it a bit lacking. I hope it gets back on track as season 1 was fun.

I agree. Episode 1 was okay, but nothing special. I think they will have to do more to make is as fun as season 2. I do like the little boy and girl. Hope they get more funny lines.

I finally watched the first episode. I delayed because I was put off by the blase and negative reviews.
Well I was pleasantly surprised to find it was still fun to watch. I don’t know what people were expecting but I certainly enjoyed it.

I liked that the focus of this episode was on how us "humans" are destroying our planet.
I love, love, love when Harry encounters the georgeous, massive bison.

The kids on this show are great. Sahar has some funny lines. Her deadpan delivery is so good.

A couple days ago I found this show with current episodes free on nbc.com, as long as you register and sign in for free with your internet provider. You do have to remember to login every time with your internet provider, but after that, current and past shows are free to watch.

We watched the first couple shows in south Texas this winter, and then forgot to watch, and it doesn't seem easy to fine it at a good time on Sy-Fy television network. And then I found it for free on nbc.com and binge-watched the missed episodes there. I am still finding it to be fun.

I still love it (haven’t seen the last two episodes yet). I’m disappointed by some of the reviews on IMDB but IMDB has been weird lately with a lot of shows getting very suspect reviews.
