Yes, Jimmer, it does have a similar vibe to the X-Files’ weirder & most original monster-of-the-week episodes - funny/strange/scary.

Just finished watching A Discovery of Witches Season 2 on Sundance (you can get it for a small monthly fee through Amazon). Wow. Sooooooo good! If you read the books (the D of W trilogy), the TV show is very true to the books. Also the books are outstanding, if you're a reader. Love, love, love!!!

Now that I have finished The Closer and Major Crimes, I'm giving "The West Wing" a try. I hadn't seen a single episode until today. We're on ep 4 and it seems ok, but I'm not crazy about it. Maybe it will grow on me. OH, and it's weird how 22 years later, Allison Janney is actually prettier now than back then.

I don't have any "premium channels" or streaming stuff. I like my regular TV, but I keep hoping Decades will run West Wing.
I really enjoyed watching "The Saint" a couple of weeks ago. It was black and white and I don't think I had ever seen it before, it was quite entertaining.

Darn it. But in case anybody doesn't know, HBO Max is free with HBO and just one way to watch is streaming online. With the app or go right to HBO-Max website. And, not only does it have all past and current HBO shows and movies, it has NBC tv shows past and present, and it also has its own original movies and series, plus HBO foreign content.
I don't stream the shows online though, all the shows are listed with the shows on my comcast/x1 dvr box. As if they are part of on-demand.

Tubi is another one built into the xfinity/x1 dvr, but it's not one I use often because they insert too many commercials and you can't FF through them.

Has “ Rebel” with Katy Sagal started? Love her and the other actors, I’m just not into the premise at all. I get plenty of social justice lessons everyday, all day from our media. I guess I’ll tune in and see what it’s all about.

Did anyone watch Home Economics? It wasn’t laugh out loud funny but it has Topher Grace, he’s always been great at his deadpan delivery. I’ll give it a few episodes.
