Anyone watching Ransom? I have enjoyed all the shows and even though it seems like the shows would all be the same based on the name, they have been different.
I like it.

I'm half watching Dipo and I agree that the story lines are not your typical 'ransom' plots. Then there's the added mystery of why the one woman (whose mother was killed) has really joined the team. Is she a threat or did I miss the explanation already, lol?

Did anyone see the new fox show, APB, I think that is what it is called. It was on after 24.
I liked it, not sure where they will go after this initial show but I will watch, it was enjoyable.

I saw it. It's kind of like "Pure Genius" but with cops. A genius billionaire uses his fortune and his unique technology to enhance a police precinct so they can solve crimes quicker and better.
Come to think of it....it's EXACTLY like "Pure Genius"! (Just switch "crimes" with "diseases")
I didn't expect to like it but but I liked the first ep....I have a season pass and will see what the next episode brings...

I recorded Doubt, but haven't watched it yet. I think Katherine Heigl is still remembered as being responsible for the mess she made in Grey's Anatomy. She definitely hurt T.R. Knight's acting career. She just isn't the actress she thinks she is.

Just sitting down to watching now, I am not a Heigl fan but like the rest of the cast so hoping she isn't front and centre and all will be fine. DD is excited because she is a HUGE fan of Laverne Cox, mostly because she could be our family docs twin sister.

LOL, Colordeagua, that is why I am giving it a chance...there are other actors I like in the show, normally I wouldn't have even given it a chance since I don't care for Heigl.

I've watched the first few minutes. Opening scene -- Heigl in spandex riding a bicycle in NYC traffic. Dule Hill meets her in front of the courthouse. On the courthouse steps she changes into courtroom attire. Hmmmmmm.

I liked Doubt just fine. Katherine Heigl won't be wearing those sleek spandex dresses for long. She said she was pregnant while filming.
I've recently begun watching The Missing. I thought it had a bit of a slow start, but with each ep the story began to come together, and now I'm quite addicted. Can't wait til I have time to get back to it.

This is so weird.
Ever since they started rerunning the old Johnny Carson shows on Antenna TV channel, I have been wishing for reruns of Dick Cavett.
I have comcast with the voice remote and on a hunch I said into the remote "The Dick Cavett Show". The results didn't show Dick's show airing, but it is in free on-demand! I couldn't believe it!

His show comes up on Decades channel in the evening, they are showing Family right now, I totally forgot about that show, loved it.
