RHOC's Shannon Beador Sentenced to 3 Years Probation, Community Service After DUI Arrest
The Real Housewives of Orange County star was sentenced to three years probation and 40 hours of community service following the Sept. 17 incident, her attorney Michael L. Fell confirmed to E! News Nov. 2. The 59-year-old will also be required to complete a nine-month alcohol program.

it did seem super fast but jurisdictions do have substance abuse courts now and if she plead guilty, i can see it moving quickly.

This is quite the new season first episode.
I'm not a huge Shannon Beador fan, but it is so very wrong to have Alexis on this season when Shannon is struggling with alcohol issues, and she's not very stabile to begin with.

Scotch, I'm finally catching up with this season. I had to Google about Jenn's (is that her name? The one who didn't pay her rent and got evicted) boyfriend Ryan and the fbi. Oh, boy! I read that he is cooperating with them. Why did she leave her husband for that lover?
And I heard that Ryan is suing Tamra now, after she went on WWHL and talked on a podcast. You'd think she'd learn to keep her mouth shut.

Honestly between Tammy and Shanny, this show is becoming Real Grannies of OC. It's the only Real Housewives series I watch and were it not for Heather, Gina, and the chubby one, I wouldn't even bother.
It's hilarious to me that Gina's mad that Heather's upset about nobody being concerned about her mammogram. What world is this?

From what I understand, Ryan has doesn't anything illegal. He's not in any jeopardy of being indicted (to the best of my knowledge). Tamra backtracked her comments on Ryan but it sounds like he is suing her for slander.

BTW, I thought when people are on these shows, it's in their contracts that they can't sue each other.

Ryan is not a "housewife" and it's also not the first time that Tamra has been sued. Bellino sued her years ago and "rumor" has it he won $1M in that lawsuit from her slander/defamation.
