lol... i'd be so pissed if I applied for Survivor or BB and ended up on this show... Let's see... tropical island or hanging out in a house.... vs. hike up a mountain camping in the snow. Not what I signed up for. lol

Punkin's reasoning only holds true for the first vote or 2..by then they see how the game is going and should be changing their strategy. You get 0 money if you dont make it to the top. So voting out the weaker is the best move right now. I'd rather split the money with 4 strong players than get 0. Also if one of the weaker quits or drops out they lose the money so it makes more sense to vote them out! still annoyed

I have to say her post makes no sense. If you don't make it to the first checkpoint in time, and you know because it is explained at the beginning that if nobody makes it to the top they don't get the money.
As viewers we watched the game explained to them and to us. Logic says cut the slow people. Greed says keep the slow people so you can be the sole person getting to the top.

Not to be cynical but there is no way they won't make it to the top in time, regardless of what they do or how they play the game. The production will make it work somehow. LOL I don't think the producers and CBS have the guts to do an entire show of people climbing a mountain, where no one wins anything.

At this point, I don't think I like ANY of the remaining players. They all seem to be playing to lose, and I hope that they are successful. (I agree, though, that I don't think the producers will allow this to happen.)

Finally they showed a map! They have reached Checkpoint 4, there are 10 total if you count the Summit.
So, check point 4, by the end of day 7. They have 7 days to make 6 more checkpoints.
If you stopped watching, I would encourage you to watch last night's episode. It was much better, and they switched up the voting in a way that I thought was evil and compelling!

This is probably blurry, but it showed where they were at the start of last night's episode (checkpoint 3). Then they lost a day due to weather.

I liked last nights show and it brought up a couple of issues for me.
It sure seems like these weird tasks in the middle of the day are taking away time for the trek. It seems like they should just be hiking daily all along the path. Trying to make up for the one day they are behind and now the "snow day" that they took.
I don't see how they will make 6 more stops in the next 7 days, did the snow day not count?
I said before that is seemed like there were other ways they could go to avoid these crazy obstacles, so they must be putting them in place to cause problems.
I think it was wrong they voted out Robert instead of Dennis, don't get the logic behind that vote.
And if they are cold now just wait until they get to the parts that are all snow and ice.

I think they probably aren't allowed to skirt the obstacles.
And I agree about Robert over Dennis. Vote out the snake you know!

It doesn't change my enjoyment of the show but I was pretty disappointed that they voted Robert out.
