Yes! It isn't because they have an alliance but because of their trash talking. And the blonde woman.. most annoying.

Rob is not only a talented player, but he is one very lucky player.

I find the playing against the banker interesting. It seems that they often think that getting all the low numbers off the board is a good thing, and I suppose it is for the final game.

But for these individual games, it would be better to get all the high numbers off. Then the banker offers you something better than all the low numbers, and odds are, you'll have a low number in your case.

That's how Rob won his bout with the banker.

And last show, Nick? had 50-50 odds to beat the banker because he kept playing too long. Lousy odds, and he went home because of it.

yes, so often it is a coin flip. I think the banker offer is usually an average of the amounts left. Rob was very lucky to get an offer that put his odds in his favor, rather then close to 50/50. But still, it's not a game of skill, but one of luck.

I think it's not always an average, but I could be wrong about that.

It just makes sense that if you have a lot of low numbers left on the board, the banker's offer will be higher than all of them.

That means you should take the deal, because the likelihood is that your case is lower than the offer.

It's a much more likely scenario than if a lot of high numbers are left. In that case, the banker's offer is going to be in the middle of the high numbers, and it's hard to play those odds.

When Nick had the $750 left and 3 high numbers, the offer was $983,000. He still couldn't have taken the deal, because with 3 high numbers, his case was probably higher.

But reverse it and say the offer was $983,000 (or anything over $750!) with a bunch of cases $750 and under left.... it's time to take the deal, because you probably have a lower value case.

So, it just seems weird to me all this rooting for low value cases to be chosen. So, there is some strategy about when to take the deal (or not).

Nick never stood a chance with the cases he chose, unless he had chosen to keep his case at the very last.

Rob probably shouldn't have joked about if he won that the girls would spend it on frivolous stuff.

Maybe should have said he would buy a fixer upper and put lots of labor into it.

Kar, ITA with you about how to play the banker.

I can't wait for Stephanie's lie to bite her in the ass! I dont want Rob to win I would rather see Aaron win. I feel that Danielle(?) will win. She has gotten a really good edit.

I love this host soooo much. Not just cuz he is hot but he is fun! I could see him taking over for Jeff on Survivor.

Pamy, do you mean Jordan?

I think the only ones remaining are:

Amy
Stephanie
Jordan
Aron
Rob

I knew it! Aaron went against the plan and it backfired. He is going to be so hurt when he finds out that Stephanie was lying when she told him that Rob was after him.

Oh, I was so worried for Rob! Not happy to see Aron go, but I was concerned that he would send Rob home. If I had to choose between the 2, def wanted Rob to stay over Aron.

Hard to say if he would have really turned against Rob, but it was certainly a possibility.

i was happy Rob survived. I was not happy how that one woman kept lying, even making Aron cry. i'm sure she'll claim she got a bad edit, but she just looks BAD and mean.

Glad Rob survived. I was holding my breath. I couldn't tell which way Aron was going to go. Hoping that Jordan and Rob are final two.

This game is so hard to "play". It's 90% luck and 10% mathematical probability, when you play against the banker. I never cared for the original show. I love this show, except for the deal or no deal part lol!

Yeah, Aron made the right call, to go with the odds. He still lost.

Nick had a 50/50 shot, he still lost.

Rob is the only one this season who really had great odds, and even tho he only added $49,000 to the final case, he was right to take the deal.

I still think the biggest issue is that they seem to all want low $ cases to be opened, when really the person playing wants high $ cases to be opened. The deal is almost always under the value of the largest $ cases remaining. So, if lots of low $'s are remaining (like in Rob's game), you have much better odds of beating the banker.

Yes! And I would care less about adding money to the pot, since it seems detrimental to your survival!. I crack up how they are advising the the player to open more cases etc...as if it is anything more than luck. Rob played it correctly...or as least as correctly as you can when dealing with mostly luck. When Amy used the reason she was choosing Aron to play Banker, was because Rob had added less to the pot....but Rob is still there lol

yeah, I dislike games of chance like this. hopefully the final round goes back to just making a deal. If your case was higher -- who cares, you still won a bundle.

Stephanie better not win it all. I'd be so mad.

Aron is doing interviews -- he says he would have cut Stephanie! Darn it. Too bad he didn't beat the banker.

Crap I WAS wondering what Aron was going to do. I wonder if he is telling the truth? But darn, if he was, that would have been great if he cut Stef. Now Rob has no one...except Jordan, who is riding the middle line. I'm supposing she is going to have to pick a side now.

I think Jordan did pick a side, she gave the votes to Rob to put him in the bottom two.

She just isn't "out" about her side, to avoid putting a target on her back?

Rob and Aron are still friends. Rob posted him at his house. Rob also posted when he was out having dinner with the blonde case opener

It was apparent the fondness Rob has for Aron...especially the long hug he gave him on the way out
