Fri 09 1-1.30pm Celebrity Big Brother: The Winner's Story A profile of the public's favourite housemate, just 24 hours after they were crowned, following their career to date and their Big Brother experience.
Fri 09 1.30-3pm Big Brother: Live Launch New series. With the celebrity version out of the way, Brian Dowling kicks off the 12th series of the classic incarnation, spending the next 90 minutes introducing the fame-seeking individuals who have been chosen to spend 10 weeks invading the nation's living rooms - for the select few that last that long, at least.

Housemates - <from DS> don`t know how true this list is :-
Even mix between males and females. All under 30, most are single.
1) Female, Bromley - likes to climb trees and walk around naked with heels on... good at the limbo?
2) Male, Enfield - studying to be therapist, single and would like to find a soulmate in the house
3) Male, 22, Cheshire - entrepeneur... conservative and 'upper class' with no sense of smell apparently.
4) Female, 25, Manchester - not a girly girl
5) Male, 23, Peckham - runs record label, produces music and claims to have 'pulled' Pixie Lott. Child model.
6) Female, 18, South Shields - obsessed with pink and convinced she's going to marry Dappy from N-dubz
7) Female, 30, London - Model and holistic healer, also a 'different species'
8) Male, Solihull - fat people make him angry.
9) Female, 28, Wirral - club hostess, doesn't often strip, has a walk in wardrobe.
10) Male, 28, Windsor - animal lover, brought a frog back to life using CPR...
11) Female, 19, Tamworth - keen wrestler, goes to the gym twice a day.
12) Male, 27, Newcastle - works out a lot and parties until 8am.

It's a young house if those are the people. They've been showing audition clips during the BB shows and a few of those sound familiar, like the limbo person.
I wonder if they've been sequestered since Celeb BB began. Not sure if it would make that much difference, but it would be nice if they didn't know a couple of the new tricks - like it's a vote to save not a vote to evict, an evictee might get to chose who's next up, etc..

Watching yesterday's BOTS and they had the one of the people who cast the show on there, and they listed the details above, so they are confirmed.
He also confirmed that 14 go in on Friday but kind of suggested more could/would go in later.
He said when casting, they look for people with many layers to them. They're hoping for a "fun" season, exciting, everybody is "up for it." Emma said they haven't been tough on CBB, and he says BB is tough when they need to be.

I'm going to spoil the launch, so if anyone wants to wait, look away now!
Season is nine weeks long, prize is £100,000. Pamela Anderson is hiding in the house "watching and waiting" as the hms arrive. The new hms have no idea of the powers that lay in Pam's hands!
HM#1 - Mark, 28, in Sales, friends describe him as an idiot. Single. Loves animals. Hopes he doesn't say or do anything too stupid (sounds like he probably will though). Crowd cheer him.
No sign of Pamela when he arrives, she really is "hiding."

HM#2 - Maisy, 19, model at Abercrombie, aspires to be big TV presenter or Hollywood actress. Single although with someone(!). Jumps to a new person if someone else comes along. Likes to be the centre of attention. Crowd give a little boo under the low cheers. Says she's come in living for the moment, not part of her career plan.
They must have been sequestered during CBB as they're surprised at the egg shaped bath.

HM#3 - Aaron, 30, has been told he's arrogant, but says he doesn't like getting involved with people until he knows them. Never had a problem getting a girlfriend, says 9 out of 10 times his idea is the best one. Likes getting his own way, as always right. Some people will like him some won't not there to be wallpaper. Crowd cheer. Cries when he gets his hair cut.
HM#4 - Heaven, 30, Holistic Healer, never ill as can heal herself. Nose fanatic. Fake people annoy her. Will be honest in the house, in the end others will thank her for it. Says don't mess with her food. Crowd cheer. Will meditate every morning to get rid of bad energy, hasn't shared house with anyone for 14 years.

HM#5 - Tom, 20, sales assistant. Edgier than Mika. Can be loud, can "dance like a black girl." Bisexual. Never done anything like this before, but thinks he's entertaining so why not. Crowd cheer. Likes getting his privates out.

HM#6 - Tashie, 21, actress/singer. Belly dancer, loud. Speaks five languages. Teetotal as turns into lizard when she drinks(!?!). Loves giving advise. Confident and blessed she's been given her body by God. Crowd cheer. Taken in clingfilm as her luxury item.
Someone obviously knew her from the pre-rounds as they called her name.
HM#7 - Aden, 19, has "weird exterior where people don't expect him to be smart." Sleeps with teddy bear. Thinks he's a good judge of character. Loud, party animal, player. Gets what he wants with women. Crowd cheer. Left his teddy bear at home. Says he has an IQ over 160 but can't prove it.

HM#8 - Alex, 18, Geordie, says she's fun, vibrant, wants to prove not all blondes with fake tans are stupid. Gets Barbie comparisons, wears pink. Works at McDonald's. Crowd mostly cheer. Likes chocolate, teetotal.

HM#9 - Harry, 23, owns milkshake company, posh, says money makes the world go round so without it you're nothing. Always lived in country, had horses, involved in hunting. Has girlfriend but only being going out two months. Would love to be a gay icon. Crowd boos. very tall.
HM#10 - Rebeckah, 28, club hostess. Has a non-profit dance school for under priviliged children. Men make her angry. Will have a little play with the boys. Crowd cheer. Insomniac, only sleeps four hours a night. Has had relationships with four big actors.
Heaven either is, or is trying to be, the mother figure in the house.

HM#11 - Anton, 23, musician. Known as "people's champion" (not sure by whom). Lives like he's the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Adapts to different types of people. Single. Says 0% chance of being rejected by women. Thinks he's a legend, all women fancy him, born winner. Crowd a bit mixed. Was child model and played hockey professionally.

HM#12 - Faye, 20, wrester, wrestling character "Darcy Steel" is larger than life, she's less so. Trains hard at the gym, diet is "spartan." Competitive in every way, will show her body off, "if you've got it flaunt it." Flips out if people rub her the wrong way. Crowd cheer. Scared of the dark and likes to sleep with the light on.
HM#13 - Jay, 27, plumber, barber, fitness instructor. Another Geordie. Trains every day, all about looking good for the women. <various stuff about how fake women are> Here for sheer entertainment. Crowd cheer. Local radio named him one of the 12 best looking men in Newcastle.

I couldn't keep up with anyone during all that chatting at the end! Oh, I am really going to miss live feeds. I got to see so much more live feed for BBUK than I ever did BBUS because I'm in the eastern time zone and could never stay up for the good US feeds!

It's weird without the feeds. And even more so now they've region encoded the videos at the official site, so we can't even watch longer versions of what goes on. And the things BOTS focus on seem to be covered again in the main show.
I've got visitors coming in a week, so it works out for me as I wouldn't have much time anyway, but it does seem to stop it being the Big Brother we know somehow.

Not having live feed ruins BB  - the hl show is so heavily edited it really is difficult to tell what a hm is really like.
The hl show watchers only loved Dave last year and Carole yr8 because they never got a bad edit, whereas in the house they were awful.
