Yey we have a date! I guess that's two weeks today!
Have to mention a reason why I just love UK Big Brother! In BB5 Michelle keeps singing in the garden... after a while Big Brother started playing a dog howling whenever she opened her mouth! So rude but so funny!

After watching that inside special I really want to watch BBUK1. Anyone have a source? Isn't there an IRC channel bot or something?
Its amazing how much the show has changed since the first season. A lot like how Survivor has evolved since the first season when nobody knew what they were doing.

I don't know about bb1, sorry. I've found all or almost all the others on youtube but not that one. I don't know about the IRC magic.
It definitely was interesting to see how much it's changed. I think I'd still prefer it to be how it used to be, although by now maybe the novelty of seeing people "just like us" would have worn off. Now almost all we see are people who are decidedly not just like us.

I tried youtube for any of the earlier seasons but couldn't find any consistent way to find any episodes for a particular season. Are there any specific channels or users I can check out? All I could find is tons of clips but no t many full episodes.

I have found some full season torrents but they don't appear to have many seeders, if any. Plus I'm almost at this month's limit so I have to wait til tomorrow night.
I hate Comcast. Give use all this speed, encourage people to download and watch videos, but limit the monthly usage.

What is great about big brother is taht they have some real characters, ranging in age, cultural background, education background and they throw them all into the mix.

June 9th! The TV schedule is up, and it seems at the moment there's a BBLB before the launch!?
This is what we have so far, times are Pacific (board) time (I'm hoping there'll be plenty of streams to choose from this year):

1-2.35pm Launch! "tonight's launch show comes with a twist - some of the prospective housemates won't even make it through the front door. While the chosen ones head into the house for their 15 minutes of fame, with breathless encouragement from Davina McCall, the rest will have to make do with 15 seconds, before being packed off home."

So after the launch, the only unusual thing is the second Live Feed on the next Tuesday... I was hoping for something more exciting in the first week.
Live feeds are about midnight to 6am in the house, so could possibly be a snoozefest after the novelty wears off. Early afternoon live feed is around 1-3pm their time... maybe they'll get them to do something more entertaining then, though of course it's too early for a lot of us!
The TV guide doesn't stretch to the next Wednesday, but maybe if they do something live on the Tuesday second live feed, the second part will be on Wednesday??
Still very surprised there appears to be nothing special on the Friday.

i found that many of the HGs stay up visiting til around 1am their time.
Unless there is BOOZE, then things can be fun for hours of live feeds!
either way, i am glad there is a bit more live feeds except the HOURS suck for someone here on west coast.

i'm such an addict. I hope places will remain UP and running during the whole season. Last year was crazy with all the jumping sites and passwords LOL
i had four then WHammo I had one.

Thanks so much for the schedule, Kitt. Now I can plan how early to leave work next
Wednesday so I can sit at home and watch the launch, BBBM and live feeds. The first night people are usually up because they're so excited.
And, like you, Sun - all my plans are contingent on finding a live feed at the actual time I need it! I think they'll be a bit easier on us this year though.

Kit when you have time, please pm your source to me. I cannot find anything on You Tube for the exposed or the past seasons. Just spotty here and there videos. Do you know if the big eared kid will still be doing the live shows?
I am so looking forward to this season. It is so much better than BBUS.

No need to watch the feeds live, for the past several years they they have been mostly posted on usenet, and I'm sure those of you usenet deprived can find them on torrents.
Just watched the awards show. Darn all of these past season highlights are making me want to search out the past seasons and rewatch them. Sure most of it is on Youtube but I'd prefer the avi's so I can easily watch them on my HDTV.
I'm grabbing S10 now as it is luckily still on usenet from last year, but unfortunately none of the others are there any more. Time to search out the old backups I guess. I'm sure I saved some of them on dvd roms.
