Lauren passed out (fainted) during the immunity challenge, but she was fine once they revived her.
Eric was voted out, but I'm not really sure how that came about.
Aurora won immunity, and Aubrey won the practice advantage (on Extinction). She also got a second vote, which she sent to Aurora.

Aubry sent the second vote advantage to Aurora (if Aurora is the one who won immunity), but when they showed who voted for who, I forgot to look for it.
There are a lot of players who have not gotten much screen time, and we don't really know their names yet. For example, there is both a Julia and a Julie. There's a young kid/man named Gavin, who sometimes helps win challenges.
When Aurora got the advantage, she said, "I love you, Joe," then added, "or Aubry."

This season isn't very captivating for me so far. I'm not sure why, maybe because I don't have a favourite? Maybe when there are less players.

I'm in the same boat... but I do enjoy seeing those that think they are running things get blindsided... so I loved seeing Eric get voted out and can't wait to see Ron's reaction going forward.

Ron’s face was priceless when he discovered he isnt the puppet master after all 🤣. By the tv show all it took was wardog talking to Julia & Gavin. Funniest thing I ever saw Wardog talking strategy. Fix that buff dude.

I'm beginning to think they came up with extinction island just to protect the returnees but now there are so many players still left in the game that they can't even cover the ones still playing!
Juju above mentioned "Gavin" and I thought "there's a Gavin in the game?". Instead of focusing on 10-12 players at this point, we're still hearing about 16. Then add in the producer's editing for their favorites and there are some in the final 12 that we don't even know yet!
I'm enjoying the season. I just think from now on it should be all new players or all returnees and then stop giving them 2nd chances. No matter how much I love individual players or want them to win - if they're gone, they're gone! This revolving door is getting ridiculous!

The whole EoE was created so either Joe or David would win the game but the optics of only bringing back men into the game would have been horrible for Jeff, so they brought back Aubrey and Kelly. I swear I don't remember Kelly being the powerhouse player that everyone makes her out to be.
I have also repeatedly said it should either be all newbies or all veterans but never both in the same season.

I don't think the returnees have an advantage anymore... Survivor is beginning to cast more people who are more knowledgeable of the show instead of wannabe actors/models or random bar-flys that producers would find in bar and cast for their looks...
Please no more mixed seasons...

IMO, returnees have a disadvantage in a mixed group because they are "known" & already have somewhat of a target on their backs. I agree - all returnees or all new players going forward!

Does anyone know how long tribal counsels last? Are they 1/2 hour an hour? I'm just curious because I'm wondering how much the jury gets to know by witnessing TC … if that's the only info they get once they're booted.
Rupert is on TAR this year with his wife.
