After hearing Nick's final speech to the jury, invoking the David and Goliath story, I thought that he was probably a very persuasive closing argument lawyer.... having said that, I thought he looked much better with his hair on the island, rather than combed at the finale. He seemed kind of uncomfortable in a suit to me. I was happy he won and was surprised about Mike's ending speech, as well.

Thank you, Roxip and Karuuna. I was wondering the same thing. Christian must have seen, perceived or imagined something I didn't see regarding Mike. Mike hardly changed the game of Survivor, if he had, he would have won. I think this is one that Christian overthought, and ascribed motive and pattern that wasn't actually there.

And yea, Island Nick was very attractive! Three piece suit Nick, not as much. Still seems like a genuinely smart, hardworking and decent human being.

I was on the Nick train early on when he told his story to the other Davids. What a great winner, he will help many people. I also think Davie is a big standout this season. I adore him!

Oh, and Pamy, does Davie kinda look like anybody I might have met when said man was about 14? This thought only just occurred to me. The sort of shape of the face? The haircut? Maybe even the build? The heart-melting smile? Get us a picture together if those two would ever happen to be at a rally together.

Although I admired that sharp suit David had on at the finale he is another player that I thought looked better on the beach than at the finale. I loved his joy of the game.
