Tonight is homemade tacos. Easy peazy dinner for us to put together. By the way came across and fixed a great pork tenderloin in creamy mushroom sauce recipe. Tortellini Carbonara -- tortellini, bacon, peas in a heavy cream topped with parmesan Cheese OR
Vegetarian Tika Masala -- coconut mile, tomato sauce, chickpeas, cauliflower with basmati rice.
Cake for dessert.

Doc I love chicken livers, yummy! I add super crispy bacon, and fried onions, sautéed mushrooms, on a bed of rice, and that's my recipe. The 'sauce' is thickened Campbells cream of tomato soup.

Seafood Chowder -- Fish, Clams, Shrimp, Carrots and Celery with a side of sour dough bread OR
Sicilian Pasta -- Penne Pasta with tomatoes, artichoke, olives, garlic and bread.
Chef's Choice for dessert.
