It's really raining now ... it doesn't count unless I see it's on my balcony, LOL. And that is happening, so it means it's a strong enough rain to come down thru the 3 balconies above me.

Cloudy and gray, this morning it was bright and seemed like the sun was trying to break thru, now it's raining, LOL.

A very slight breeze and temps might get up to 60.

L.A. averages 2.5" rain in December, and the LA/OC metro area will receive that much rain -- or more -- by Friday. Why? This storm will meander close to SoCal for 3 straight days. We're under a Flood Watch through at least Thursday night. Please be safe! #CAwx

2 rounds of rainfall and 'deadly' coastal conditions in store for Bay Area

A coastal flood advisory is currently in effect for San Francisco and North Bay shorelines until 1 p.m. Tuesday, but the first showers aren’t expected to arrive until early Wednesday morning, as a low-pressure system makes its way east from the Pacific Ocean, said Alexis Clouser, a meteorologist for the National Weather Service’s Bay Area office.

California's Central Coast rattled by earthquake
The U.S. Geological Survey estimated it was a magnitude 3.2 earthquake; initial magnitude measurements can change as the USGS gets more accurate data. It was centered about 8 miles northwest of Avila Beach near San Luis Obispo at a depth of about 6 kilometers.

WOW, evacuation orders down at the beaches of Santa Cruz for storm swell surge and flooding. Apparently this is leftover from yesterday's storm.

Even thou it is not raining here, the ocean is very very roiling with high waves.

Thirty feet waves !!! Surfers think it is great
