yes indeed!~ We had some wild and wooly weathr yesterday! I am in Franklin which is south of Nashville where the worst of the storm was to the north of the city!
My courtesy grandson who is just finishing up his firefighter training rode on a rescue call to the Madison area to rescue a familt from a house that collapsed on them. They got the folks out safely!!@

Oh, I spent the night in Franklin on my way to New Orleans years ago.. I didn't realize that is where you are these days, TNT.

RAIN REPORT: Nearly 7" of rain has fallen in Portland so far this December, which is far from the record (15.24" in 2015). However, the abundant rainfall has helped chip away at our state drought. 馃憦 #orwx

Areas to the north of Nashville are devastated! MILES of homes wrecked! Main roads still impassible. Power still off in many areas. My rookie firefighter god-grandson was part of a successful family rescue, but he is still badly torn up about all he saw up that way.
The good news - if there is any - is that at this time of year people are more likely to contribute to assistance funding - prayers are requested.

It's chilly and gray, I hear it is fog, LOL, and I see that the fog is covering my normal morning view.
No breeze and temps going to 62.
The sun is supposed to come out later today once the fog gets burned off.

We have a very nice cloud cover which is is causing it to seem a bit warmer this morning.
Gray and foggy, with no breeze and temps going into the 62.
Rain is likely around 11ish.
