LOL, I may have the sandwich or salad tonight.
Sandwich is tuna Salad served with potato ships, Salad --Chicken Apple Salad - thin sliced chicken, blue cheese, pecans, onions, Fried apples over spring mix with apple dressing.

Chicken al Pastor - over spanish rice and beans
Carne Asada - Beef, cheese, rice and beans wrapped in a large tortilla with side of salsa.
Cheesecake for dessert.

Butternut Risotto -- Creamy Spinach Risotto topped with Roasted butternut Squash, toasted pumpkin seeds and parmesan cheese

Stuffed Bell Peppers with rice and beef slowly cooked in Marinara Sauce.

I have a dilemma, LOL, green bell peppers give me bad heartburn so I can only have the insides and I am intrigued by the spinach risotto but not the butternut squash.
Guess I will have to do half/half, squash on the side. I only like when the squash is savory and not sweet.

Ok, the risotto didn't have any spinach and the squash wasn't sweet so it was quite good. And the insides of the peppers were great!
Cream puffs for dessert, yummy!

Open Flame Pot Roast - roasted in herbs with mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed carrots
OR
Lamb Stew - slow cooked with mixed vegetables in tomato sauce with potatoes.
Tuxedo Cake for dessert.

Lemon Dill Tilapia -- baked and served with rice pilaf, steamed broccoli and carrots
OR
Cheese Ravioli Bolognese toped with meaty tomato basil sauce.
Pound Cake for dessert, it will be topped with a compote of some sort.
