I skipped tonight but you can choose from ....

Roasted Pork Loin --Thinly sliced marinated pork loin with buttery Herb Sauce served over creamy cauliflower risotto

OR

Beef Bourguignon -- French Classic Style beef stew cooked with fresh herbs, tomatoes, red wine, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms.

Dessert is Chef's Choice, so no clue, LOL.

Last night .... Big Boy Burger -- classic all beef burger with american cheese, lettuce, tomato and onions, served with roasted potatoes.

OR

Open Flame Chicken -- Grilled lemon pepper chicken served with roasted potatoes and buttery corn.

Tapioca pudding for dessert.

The chicken looked good but I had the burger which was excellent and some tapioca pudding with whipped cream, yum.

I have a question, do they offer multiple desserts? All this tapioca pudding

I think I would have picked the burger, depending on what it looked like :-)

Scooterrific ... they have one named dessert nightly. Ice cream, vanilla/spumoni/chocolate/strawberry, available. Oh and they usually have jello too.

Hahahaha, no Carlton Dogs available ... this week it is the Grilled Ham and Cheese (thinly sliced ham with American Cheese) or the Salad - The Great Caesar Wrap (Grilled chicken, lettuce, parm cheese, croutons, tomato, ceasar dressing in a spinach wrap) or the baked potato which is a sweet potato.
