She had a son who committed suicide, which she’s apparently never gotten over. Also, she had a drug issue in her 40’s that she overcame. I just saw the footage from the Golden Globes. At first, I thought she was Pricilla. She looked much older than her age.

She had recovered from opiate addiction but that can leave lasting effects on the heart, more prone to afib, heart attack.. And then the heartbreak of losing her son that way too.. had to take a big toll.
But she had been to the celebration of Elvis' 88th birthday lately and the Golden Globes..

Elvis' Mom died of a heart attack at 46. She was a severe alcoholic. I think the women on Elvis' Mom's side didn't live long lives.

We just saw her when we watched the Golden Globes and she looked fine to us and happy to be there. Quite a shock to say the least, though she didn’t have an easy life.

Lisa Marie used to be a Scientologist. So, I’m wondering if that carried over to her post Scientology life when it came to regular doctor visits.

Wow, I was shocked to hear about Lisa Marie. She was quite a bit younger than me. Also scares me about my daughter's recent heart issues. She sees the doctor in four days. I haven't said anything because I don't want to scare her, but have no idea how she's going to pay.
Also surprised to hear about Robbie. I had not heard. I've seen him do his motorcycle jumps like his father on TV.

Several reports say that when she did interviews at the Golden Globes she would hold onto someone for support. It almost sounds like she may have had heart issues but that losing her son to suicide broke her heart.
I am glad that she was able to see the movie to completion and attend the Golden Globes. That was really important to her and she had a lot of input into the movie to get it right.

The American Idol alum died of a heart attack at 8:53 p.m. on Jan. 15 in Jasper, Ala., Walker County deputy coroner Danielle Calloway told E! News. He was 31.
