Those things probably aren't poop germs.
If there is poop on your steering wheel and keyboard you have a lot of issues with cleanliness.

Yes, they are indeed poop germs. Years ago they realized that there is more eColi in your kitchen that in your toilet. I

eColi is found in dirt outside, as well.

Rosie, you got me curious, so I Googled, and apparently it's considered a remedy for restless leg syndrome, because apparently some bar soaps contain magnesium, according to some physiotherapists.

So yes, if I had RLS, I might try it.

No. I have severe RLS and take pills for it. I had it for years when I was teen and early 20s. Then it went away for a couple decades. Now it's back with a vengeance.

Well no, I don't.

There are some good homeopathics for RLS, if you want to try one of those, Rosie. I take one for leg cramps that works great!

I really wanted to know what it does because I kept seeing a place to click. I tried clicking and was taken into one of those continuous sites. So I clicked out and asked here.

Thanks for the information.

Earlier this week my right shin was agony. It was throbbing with stabbing aches and pains. Tylenol and Advil helped one night. But another night, a large icepack worked just as well to my surprise.

I thought magnesium was going to be the answer for me with leg cramps while sleeping. I got major diarrhea with the first dose. So now I just try to remember to drink more water, especially if I get up at night.

I take a homeopathic that works like a charm! In fact I only take it ever other night! I believe the "brand" name is Hall's, but any health food store employee can help you with this.

I used to use Blue Emu Oil (lotion) for leg cramps and it worked great. Not sure how it would be for RLS. It's not very expensive.

One that is much pricier that I swear by is Lord Jones 1:1 CBD lotion. I use it for my back and other things. They ship out of California. I find them much better than CBD products I have bought locally.

I tried magnesium, but didn't work. Drinking more water helps a bit. I will look for the Hall's at health food store. Would Blue Emu Oil be in Health food store also? Or the Lord Jones 1:1 CBD lotion? I live in Calif. Thank You

Suz, here is the Lord Jones website...

https://lordjones.com/products/lord-jones-high-cbd-formula-pure-cbd-lotion

They just reduced the price on the size I would get from $60 to $40 and made a larger size for $60. It is pricey, but you don't need to use much to get results. They also sell at Sephora.

The Blue Emu is usually in drugstores next to other pain creams. It has MSM and glucosamine in it as well. Here is a link...

What TV shows have you watched that you are embarrassed to admit watching?

I saw far too many but not all of Jerseylicious.

I have seen a few episodes of Smothered. My jaw drops in repulsion. What is wrong with each and everyone of these people and why would anyone marry any of these crazy people?!?!

OMG, Smothered is just the worst. I can't even believe those people have no clue how extreme and awful their relationships are.

So far, I haven't watched anything I am embarrassed by but I have seen a ton of stuff I never saw before on National Geographic and Travel Channel.

Oh, I guess I am a little embarrassed I actually watched some of those "tracking down ghost shows", LOL.
