103 is an accomplishment especially if they dodge dementia and still have their faculties. A friend of mine passed away last month at 103. Both will be missed.

Orson Bean hit by a car and killed. He was 91. Actually hit by two cars--first one knocked him down, second one ran over him and killed him.

Mame, as the old saying goes, 'He could park his shoes under my bed any time.'

Orson Bean entertained me many times.

My best memory of him was in the movie Hawaii. He was a New England preacher and Julie Andrews was his wife. It was hot as heck in Hawaii and when fall came he made her wear her heavy wool clothing through 'winter'. Talk about a nutso. Good performance by the both of them.

Lyle Waggoner, the sable-haired heartthrob best remembered as the announcer and a participant in the sketches in the early years of “The Carol Burnett Show” and for playing Maj. Steve Trevor on the 1970s television version of “Wonder Woman,” has died https://nyti.ms/2Wnd7QA

Parry Shen @parryshen ·39m
Lyle Waggoner from "The Carol Burnett Show" & "Wonder Woman" passes. He was also 2nd in line as the '66 Batman but I was always most impressed with his business savvy in creating STAR WAGGONS. Yes - all those trailers you see on every single set? Yeah, he did that. Rest in Peace.

So sorry to hear this, I was always so entertained about stories of Maggie! She was practically a Star on her own. She was so funny and made box wine famous.

Kathy Griffin @kathygriffin·12h
My Mom, the one and only, Maggie Griffin, passed away today. I am gutted. My best friend. I’m shaking. I won’t ever be prepared. I’m so grateful you guys got to be part of her life. You knew her. You loved her. She knew it. Oh, and OF COURSE she went on St Patrick’s Day. Broken heartBroken heartBroken heart

That makes me so sad She was such fun and wonderful lady (even if Bill O'Reilly was her boyfriend. Kathy always teased her about that.)
