He looked sick when he was on The Middle.

They had him sitting down on the couch the whole whole time.

My cousin bought the car they used on My Mother the Car at an auction years ago. We used it for our wedding car. It was always his wish he could get a picture one day of Jerry Van D with it.

I would always run into John Mahoney at NBC events when we both co-starred on NBC sitcoms, but I didn't get a chance to spend time with him until I ran into him at a restaurant in Oak Park, IL (where I'm from and where he lived). He was a very kind and generous man. Rest in peace

Emma Chambers who played Alice on The Vicar of Dibley and Hugh Grant's younger sister in Notting Hill has died at 53. I think there are other Dibley fans here so I thought I would post.

I loved her as Alice in Dibley (was just re-watching an episode the other day). Here is one of my favorite bits (I Can't Believe It's Not Butter)...

RIP funny lady

Nannette Fabray, at 97.

I didn't realize that she was deaf.

I very much enjoyed Emma Chambers and was sorry to read about her death. She was delightfully funny on The Vicar of Dibly.

Emma was just about the best part on Dibley. I loved her.

I had no idea Miss Fabray was still alive.

Sorry to hear that news. I enjoyed him on M*A*S*H though I generally preferred the earlier rather than the later seasons.

I was in the middle of hours of M*A*S*H when I read this.

We had loved the movie and seen it many times, so we didn't warm up to the tv show for quite awhile.

Some episodes.. One last night was at Christmas when Father Mulcahy was feeling useless and get he was instrumental, with Radar, for cheering people up.. So they all celebrated him and sang Dona Nobis Pacem.

I always try over that scene, and yep, even tearing up now.

So many from that series are gone now.
