Howdy all - I'm not really hanging anywhere as you all might know except my twitter timeline and podcast - that is enough to keep me MORE than busy. And I'm about to go back into hibernation until Celebrity BB  If I were to every settle down again you can bet this would be the place though! (sorry to interrupt the other stuff!!)

They were fired from being the commanders of the ships. Kind of like a cop being put back on desk duty.

Treasure is correct, being relieved of duty is the military equivalent of being fired. For all practical purposes their military careers are over. Those who are eligible to retire will probably do that shortly. Those who are close but not quite eligible will get some obscure desk job to finish out their time. Their chances of ever getting promoted are close to zero if not absolutely zero.

New....I just saw that UBER is being kicked out of London, I swear they really need to figure out how to do business properly. Just reinforces my reasons for using Lyft! I love them.

I need your help....my daughter's high school varsity soccer team is up for recognition as "Team of the Week" by the paper/website here in Portland, OR. They have had an amazing start to their season, they are currently 6-0 and have scored 43 goals in those 6 games...it's a really impressive feat. We have been voting constantly, but keep going back and forth with a volleyball team from a large private school in the area. We are not a very big school and this is the best start of a season in school history. We really want the girls to get this recognition because, well, they deserve it. It's a great group of girls and they work hard everyday, from the first whistle to the last. Yesterday, we were leading the votes, today we are down again. Voting ends on Saturday and I'm afraid that peoples fingers are wearing out from all the voting. LOL. Some of you will remember my daughter, Jenna, she's one of the original TVCH babies...although she is almost 15(!) now. I would appreciate it and I know she would too if you could vote a few times. Voting is unlimited so feel free to click away! Thank you!

Best I can tell, it will allow you to do about 20 votes by using the return to poll button. Then you have to x out of page and go back in or the votes start not counting.
ETA: It allowed me another 20 votes and then wouldn't allow any more. I'll try again later.
ETA again: If you wait just a couple of minutes it will allow you to start voting again. LOL
