Guinea pigs are sweet but they aren't the brightest guys. They'll probably ignore the dogs.

We had a skinny pig (a hairless guinea pig). He was the cutest sweetest "ugly" guy you ever saw.

Is there a way to tell if an egg has been hard boiled without cracking it open?

From Google search: There's a very easy way to check, one that I always use when I don't know if an egg is boiled or not: Simply put the egg on a flat surface and spin it fast. If it's boiled, it will continue spinning, otherwise it will stop in 1-2 seconds.

That worked! The egg literally kept on twirling.

I then spun an uncooked egg and it didn't want to move.

I have a microwave egg maker. It makes 4 eggs at a time. It is a nice egg maker. You just microwave for 8 minutes.

I was making eggs yesterday but found the egg maker sitting in the microwave today. I had no clue as to if I had turned it on and cooked them.

It gets harder and harder to remember simple things! lol

Dogdoc, what brand / make is the microwave egg cooker? Anything about it? I tried one once. Didn't really work. I'm interested.

Colordeagua, it doesn't have a name on it.

It is shaped like an egg but has a flat bottom. You open it up and put water in the bottom. There is a metal tray where you put 4 eggs. Replace the top. Microwave on high 8 minutes.

I had a microwave single egg cooker years ago. As I remember, egg exploded in the microwave. Kinda like to try this one though. Maybe.

Yes Roxip, that is it!

You have to be careful to screw the top on as tightly as possible.

Occasionally an egg will explode but that rarely happens. Being thrifty, I eat the exploded egg.

Trying to remember: A couple of years ago there was a website where you could go and do exercises that stimulated the brain. I lost track of it, does anyone remember the name of it?

Actually I giggled but decided to be a nice guy and post the link. Funny thing is that was just at the doctor to get my meds renewed. We were talking about my minor aches and pains....a sore muscle or joint here or there....and I told him I was in my in-between years. He asked what I meant. I said I could still remember the things I used to do so I still try to do them. The mind is willing but the body is not so sure.

Yes, that's it Mack, thanks. I just couldn't remember what the name was, clearly I need to go there, LOL.

And I never see any commercials for it anymore, they used to advertise a lot.

NEW Q: Is it time for me to stop using IE? I thought I heard that Microsoft had a new search engine and might not be updating it, but I don't know if I just made that up, LOL.

So what do you guys know????? Thanks

Microsoft has Edge as their new search engine. I don't know about them updating IE.
