Loved the book and the movie. A nice sequel would be good now.

I want to see this! Not sure when I can though, so I hope it's doing well so that it hangs around a bit.

Michael Connelly, the author, has his third Mickey Haller book coming out soon. :-)

Brenda, it came in fourth this weekend. It had less screens than the other three, so I think it did well at 13.4 million.

DH and I saw this last week. Thoroughly enjoyed it. DH loves the courtroom dramas. Takes a couple of unexpected twists, which I love. Great cast! Go see it, Brenda!

I went and saw it this weekend and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had never read the book, but my friend did. He said the movie did a very good job of following the book. Whatever was left out from the book, had no effect on the movie.

One observation in a spoiler box so I don't ruin it for anyone...

How is it that both the client and his mother could break into his house and no one noticed? I thought it was so odd that both of them committed B&E and none of his neighbors noticed. And I would think after the first time when the client broke into the house, he would have put on better locks.

That is my only peeve with this movie.

Darn! It's out of our theaters before I got a chance to see it. I guess I'll have to wait for Netflix.
