Just watched Splice. We liked it. Scary moments and themes. Great sci-fi graphics. Well acted. Room for a very interesting sequel.

Lots of room for discussion about Ethics after viewing this show.
Didnt like the gratuitious sex scenes tho.
Great ending.
Even the ending is worthy of a decent discussion. I like sci fi/ thrillers that cause the brain to work and makes a person look at the topic from a few directions.

Just caught this at a friend's house on Blu-Ray. Thought it was outstanding. Great mix of sci-fi/interpersonal/ethical issues. And great graphics and cinematography. I like sex scenes so I was turned off by them.
Great setup for a sequel, as has been mentioned already. This could be a way better version of the "Species" series.

In case anyone wondered, I think Ketchup was being sarcastic about the "whole family" bit!
Saw this on dvd at the weekend. I thought it was a bit slow, but overall liked it. Was not expecting the sex though! It's strange they went 2/3rds of the movie without anything much above PG-13 (except the ethical issues) and then suddenly it all changed.
