It's an enjoyable film, has some really pretty, fun animation at times. But I didn't love it. It didn't feel Seuss to me. Didn't have that lovely rhyming narrative.

Nope....loved the book so much, was so excited about the film. They removed too much of the book to add garbage to the story.

I took my 4 youngest grandsons, they liked it but at one point the 4yr old asked if we could leave. I was a bit bored.

We liked it. I think if it weren't in 3D it might have been a bit 'dry' but the effects, colour and attention to detail were great. None of us had read the book so we were going in blind. Not sure it will be as interesting to children on DVD though.
