Sounded to me like Derek is ready to turn the reins back over to the real Chief. When he said he didn't want to do this anymore...pretty sure that's what he meant. I don't like him as chief at all. He has been way, way too arrogant this year. They need to bring the old Derek back.
I'd also like him to speak clearly...but that's not just recent...that's always been the case.

I truly doubt that Miranda will be killed. I doubt any of the stars that have been on for long will be killed. It does look very intense.

There was that glimpse of a positive pregnancy test. If Meredith is pregnant and then gets shot, she's not going to be happy Meredith anymore, and that will cause problems between her and Derek.
