I saw today’s episode, but missed yesterday. What happened with Sheila?

Liam went to visit Bill, recognised Li, then Li told them about Finn, and Bill rushed with her to the apartment to see if it was real. Liam stayed back to phone Lt Baker, but it took a while to get through to him.
When Bill burst in, Sheila was still there with Finn, so Bill bound her to the bed. But he went with Finn to get on his plane to fly to ... wherever Steffy is, leaving Sheila alone with Li. Naturally, that Mike reappeared, hit Li over the head and released Sheila.
Then Sheila got away about 30 seconds before Lt Baker finally arrived.

The police told everyone they'd found a body killed by bears in the woods, and there was a toe there with dna that matched Sheila. I'm guessing she sacrificed a toe and some blood to fake a scene so no one comes after her.

I think the change is mostly the shape of the mouth from the lipstick. Funny how it makes such a difference.

Kitt, did you see the side view yesterday of Sheila's makeup? She has lip prosthetics on!
Oh, and I have 2 eps left of season 4 of Cobra Kai. Then I start the season with Deacon!

I didn't notice, but a few days ago they did show her pushing something near her nose with a little make up wand type thing, so I had guessed it was meant to be a prosthetic.
I still haven't started the new Cobra Kai!

Were we meant to think that was a spliced together recording of Brooke? It sounded very stilted and there was no reason for Brooke to lie to Liam.
My theory is Pam's husband (can't think of his name) did it. He said he was all in on team Forrester and he'd probably have access to that sort of equipment.
The other obvious option is Sheila, but she doesn't seem to be particularly anti-Brooke.
Oh... or Thomas?
