Yay! But not sure I want to be spoiled yet, so not peeking at the trailer. Wonder how long, until I cave? LOL

It only has scenes from the past, with Rebecca saying she doesn't want to forget anything. No spoilers that I noticed.

I get the impression there are going to be a lot of tears this season!

Kitt, of course there will be tears! When does this show NOT make us cry? From the first episode, it's been the show that makes you sob. I'm finding Rebecca's journey with Alzheimers especially emotional, since my mom had dementia. So sad when someone you love so much forgets who you are. It was especially hard due to Covid, when we weren't able to see her for months at a time because of quarantine.

This season will be especially sad because it's the last. I'm sure we'll all be sobbing at the end. 😭

Brace yourself for the deluge of "Goodbye to 'This Is Us'" in the media. Here's an excellent interview with all the cast talking about how they all came together, how much they enjoy working with each other and how they're really a family in real life.

Whew! I had all of this season on my DVR and had been binge watching over the past weeks.. Just in time for the last season. I had not read here until today. So many good comments. I will try to stay current now.

Remember the final season premiers tonight on NBC at 8:00 pm. For anyone who might be taping, the tv listing I use (Zap2it) has this show running from 8:00 pm to 9:03 pm tonight.

I cried when a Kevin talked about his mom. Reminded me of how I felt when my dad’s dementia got worse.

The thing about Rebecca not being able to remember the word "caboose." I kept wishing someone would just tell her to Google it! I'm sorry to say, but that happens to me ALL THE TIME. Drives me crazy. I very often Google, "what do you call the thing that . . ." or "the person who . . ." Google is my friend. 😊

Having been through dementia with my dad, it reminded me of his fixation on something … not being able to let it go, more than the word itself.

I felt bad for Kev. I think he really does love Madison. He always tries to do the right thing.

The challenger storyline was powerful

I remember that day so well! I was at work, when one of the women from our IT department came wandering through with a shocked look on her face. She said, "The Challenger just blew up!" I hadn't even realized it was launching that day. I watched the memorial service on TV a few days later. It was so, so sad. That was the first time I became aware of CNN and 24 hour news.

I have my Challenger story too - I was sick at home with chickenpox, my mom left me alone at age 10 so i was watching it alone on ABC...

I was also in that 1980s fan stage of loving The Right Stuff, loving every ad in kid magazines for space camp, etc. so it was must see TV for me that day.... will never forget that moment

Wow, Legalboxer! I'm sorry you were home alone when that happened. That must have been traumatic! (No judgement on the parents leaving you home alone. My parents used to leave me alone at 8 when I was sick, cause I was a "responsible" kid. But I'm sorry you had to watch that all alone with no adults to reassure you.)

Thanks Babyjaxmom. Luckily I was also one of those responsible kids - usually I was the one to reassure my parents

I was at work and we heard about it. No internet then, I had to wait until I got home to see the footage. It was so very sad.

My mom and I lived in Florida at the time, less than 30 miles south of Cape Canaveral. We were walking into Fuddrucker's for lunch and saw it happen in the sky. It was devastating.
