Does anybody watch "In the Dark" on CW?

I just finished watching seasons 1 & 2, and I LOVE this show! (Season 3 is going on now, it's up to ep 3,)

It's a dark comedy about a gorgeous blind young woman who takes on the solving the death of her best friend, because the police don't want to do anything. A couple of her friends and her seeing-eye dog "Pretzel" help her. That's just season 1.

Seasons 1&2 are on Netflix, and season 3 is airing now on CW. The first 3 eps of season 3 are in regular free on-demand.

Sons Of Anarchy was one I could not look away from. But, like everyone else has said, it is very violent and people die that you grow to really like.

InThe Dark is a show I've watched since the beginning and I really like it, too, Naja. The 2nd season got so crazy, but I couldn't look away.

We just finished season 4 last night of Sons. It's the season Clay finds out about the letters and goes on his rampage. So I think this season was the start of the even worse violence you guys were talking about. Still really enjoying it, though.

I feel like the "Sons" are a bunch of dumbbells. One person tells a lie and they all believe it. Then their actions for revenge cause them more trouble. It's like a vicious dumbbell circle.

Something funny just happened. Jax was talking and I said to DH that I swear I just heard Jax talk with an English accent. And sure enough, I see he was born in Newcastle, England. That was a little weird because I thought he was American, and especially weird because it was Jax. haha
I'm surprised they didn't catch that in editing because it seemed so obvious to me.

We just finished the first episode of Schmigadoon. I thought it was a hoot and hubby agreed it was amusing.
It is on Apple TV.

Warning, Schmiagdoon does have one of my least favorite actors, Kristen Chenowith, in it. Yes, I know a lot of people love her but I find her shrill and her acting lacks range. I did like her in Pushing Daiseys but again, she has little to no range, IMO.

Most of the rest of the cast is enjoyable. Keegan-Michael Key, Alan Cummings, Aaron Tveit, Jamie Camil, Martin Short & Jane Krakowski to name a few.

Lol Sugar - I have a love/hate opinion of Kristen Chenowith depending on the role she's in and how much they have her play up that 'shrill' aspect of her voice.

Bummer. We don't have Apple tv. Hopefully it will be in regular distribution at some point.

I'm getting rather annoyed that so much of what I want to watch is on so many different channels/services. The cost of them all is just ridiculous. I find it particularly irritating that it seems to be part of Prime, Apple or whatever, only to try watching and, nope, $$ to add that service. Don't tease me, if it is something that really isn't included with what I already pay. Grr

If only I were in charge of the world, I would be happy. I would have well written, cast and directed television, wonderful books, plays and musicals without the need for dozens of different streaming services. Tasty food sans disgusting ingredients like onions and mayonnaise. No bugs. Good health, wealth... the obligatory world peace...

I was disappointed in several of the 2021 Emmy nominations, once again I wondered if anyone actually watched them. Too bad Alan Tudyk wasn't nominated for Resident Alien .

I haven’t seen a lot of the Emmy nominations either …but thrilled about The Mandalorian, WandaVision, and Cobra Kai…

Just watched SurrealEstate it had some amusing bits. It may be a bit scarier than I care for, I thought it would be campy, akin to What We Do In The Shadows. The movie if which is much better than the series. The series is quite rudely crass.

OMG, Sugar I was just coming here to recommend everyone watch SurrealEstate. I got a kick out of it.

It's on SYFY and the pilot is showing again tonight.

I thought SurrealEstate was kind of fun. Sarah Levy's character it pretty funny. I cracked up when she was upset and crying in the car and called herself Winston Zeddmore (from original Ghostbusters) haha

I tried to watch Surreal Estate but I'm such a puss when it comes to ghosts that I deleted the first episode off my DVR because of the previews.

I'm sorry Lexiegirl, sometimes you just can't watch things, I have felt that way about a few shows... Clarice was one, it just scared me too much- just the thought of it, so I moved on.

Started watching Dr. Death on Peacock last night. Fascinating story but it is hard to see Joshua Jackson play such a horrible character.

Anyone discussing the Olympics? Not sure if there is a thread for that or where to start one.
