Scoot, that is typical for the Daily Mail. Their writing is atrocious. Maybe late 2021 - early 2022?

I would watch that! Especially with a few of the original cast members being in it.

Looks like there's still hope for more American Gods!

Article from about 48 hours ago:

‘American Gods’ Producers Fremantle Reiterate Neil Gaiman’s Pledge For More Of Canceled Starz Series – Update

<snip>

"Two early possibilities for more American Gods that may be coming into focus are Netflix and Amazon, we hear. The former is already making a series based on Gaiman’s beloved Sandman comics series and would like to do further business with the author. The latter had served as the home of American Gods everywhere but in America, with new episodes of the three seasons of the show debuting on the Jeff Bezos-founded platform the day after they debuted on Starz. Additionally, the six-episode Gaiman-produced Good Omens, based on the 1990 novel he wrote with Terry Pratchett, launched on Amazon in May 2019."

MacGyver cancelled by CBS. This year's season finale (end of April) will be the series finale.

I’m sorry to say but MacGyver was such a bad show. I like the concept and watched for that reason but it was awful. I can’t believe it lasted as long as it did.

I agree, Jimmer. We tried it and gave up after the first couple of episodes.

Should be interesting to see what they do with Bridgerton with their star not returning due to "creative differences" with Shonda Rhimes.

I think they've said that they had planned for season 2 of Bridgerton to focus on a different daughter in the coming season.

Here is Shonda's take on the issue of Regé-Jean Page’s ‘Bridgerton’ exit:

They're following the books, and the books feature a different Bridgerton family member each novel. I think he's too sought after now to want to be tied to the show for a quick scene now and again.

Just to add to what Kitt said above, I found a list of the Bridgerton books showing that each book focuses on a different couple. While book 1 focused on Daphne and Simon, book 2 focuses on Anthony and Kate, book 3 focuses on Benedict and Sophie and so on.

Re: Bridgerton, Simon isn't a featured character in any of the other books. He appears briefly in Anthony's book in a croquet scene. As much as Regé-Jean Page is the series 1 heartthrob, he isn't the focus of any of the other books.

YAY for Tough as Nails getting two more seasons. I was a little disappointed that Zeus didn't win but whatever.

I'm also relieved that Magnum P.I. got another season.
