And don't forget about the new Star Trek series set to premiere on Jan 23 on CBS All Access.....and it has already been renewed for a season 2!

When I read the above premise at the link, my first thought was "Huh? It takes place in 2022?" LOL But then I "got" it....I was thinking in RL time, not ST time.

Woo hoo on New Amsterdam. I guess NBC knows a good thing when it sees it. It would be nice if they could do a crossover with Law and Order, but their production teams are different I think.

Sounds like this might have been the original intention (one season and done) but if there was doubt, it's official today.

Vsmart, I loved that episode! One thing I've really enjoyed about The Crown is the history I wasn't aware of, like the coal mining incident (when the slurry slid down the hill and killed all those school children). Sometimes I have to pause the show and Google stuff to find out more about it. Very educational!

Kitt thanks for telling us about Spinning Out. I watched one episode and really couldn't get invested in the story so I will skip watching the remaining episodes.
